A Maddening Maze at In-N-Out BurgerIf you value your time and sanity, steer clear of the In-N-Out Burger's drive-thru that I unfortunately ventured into yesterday, Sunday afternoon. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare wrapped in a torturous labyrinth of endless cars. From the moment you commit to entering the line, escape becomes a maddening dream. The line cleverly traps you with its serpentine twists and maddening turns, ensuring that once you're in, you're in for good. Therefore, impatient people, stay clear!Waiting seemed like an eternity, with each tick of the clock stretching longer than the last. It's bewildering how a fast food restaurant turns into a slow-motion trap that tests your patience and will. The sight of a server, who was more of a traffic conductor than a hospitality professional, should have been my cue to abandon ship. But alas, trapped I was in the automotive conga line from which there was no escape.This was a dining misadventure I wish upon no hungry soul. Let my ordeal be your warning. In the world of fast food, there are plenty of other establishments where the promise of quick service is actually kept. Choose wisely and remember: when you see a traffic director at a fast food joint, it's probably your sign to keep driving.

Our order was taken (stolen) before my husband could get to the counter because of overcrowding. A lady about 30 years old was seen right next to the counter, when our number was called, she immediately grabbed the tray and quickly left out the door STEALING OUR FOOD. Why aren't the employees checking receipts to eliminate theft? This is maddening and we will NOT return or visit any other In&Out until this is resolved. CHECK RECEIPTS!
