Went during the weeknday lunch crowd, it wasn't all that busy. Service was decent, I ordered the Moa Crisp chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The ranch topping made the bottom bun soggy, and the ranch itself was thin and watery. Fries were hard and didn't taste fresh. Bathroom reeked of sewage, but was clean. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the food, and I likely will not be back.

One of the burgers came out with Brown lettuce and cold bun. Reorder second burger came out with too much mustard so ate the burger without the bun. Will not return. I enjoy coming here when I visit Costco. Love the food and service is stellar. I started going to this chain in California and I miss the surfing videos and music which have been replaced by a sports bar atmosphere. Also the mens room needs to be taken more care of.Dietary restrictions: My wife is Gluten free and nightshades free and really enjoyed her meal.

I didn't give them 5 stars because I ordered my salad with hot chicken and they gave it to me cold, anyway I didn't complain because it tasted good. But I prefer it hot for next time. I still hadn't finished eating and they gave me my bill. And I still had to order my dessert, after finishing eating I called the waitress again to ask for it and she had to give me another bill. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. There were no people at all. Since I arrived at 11 in the morning and there were many empty tables. The truth is I don't like being given the bill if I don't ask for it. Because sometimes I want another drink or a dessert and I feel uncomfortable when they bring me the bill when I haven't finished yet.
