Just ate the best Philly style cheese stake that reminds me of the East Coast Baltimore brands juicy & delicious. It had big strips of grilled flavorful beef, grilled onions, bell peppers, jalapeños, mushrooms & extra provolone cheese. Fresh off the grill.. omg & topped with their own brand sweet honey mustards sauce & yes mayo and OMG the flavors just send my mouth to the stars & back. Delicious!! ?. What I love the most is how they layered the beef on the 8-inch sandwich that with every bite, you had beef & veggies. It's like eating artwork perfection. Lol ? A shout out to Emir order taker as he suggested that sandwich - "The Big Kahuna Chicken" I substitute for beef. Great customer serviceThe store is very clean & has a restroom & free parking. I love how the general mgr took time to wipe down the tables during slow periods even though there were other staff available kinda like that in mgmt it shows teamwork & humility.Parking: Located in Avondale shopping strip easy access from main road & lots of parking

We love Jersey Mike's. We go to this location before we bowl in the Main event but as we experienced yesterday. My husband complains about the hard as a rock bread and you can't bend with your fingers and all she said is "all our bread is like that" . Like common we've been to this location and other Jersey Mike's locations. We never had a problem until yesterday. The sandwich is so expensive for a tiny sandwich. The lady almost doesn't want to replace our sandwich and is so unprofessional talking about what happened with her co-worker. Then the co-worker finds out about what happened He just poured so much vinegar and oil on our sandwich. We didn't say anything because we don't know what else they can do to mess up with our food. In the back of our mind that we will never ever come back to this location.

I had the Hawaiian sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. I have to say so much better than some of the alternative sandwich shops. The bread was soft and fresh. The ingredients were delicious.

KJ, the “shift lead” who unfortunately doesn’t understand how to properly run a business was terrible. Couldn’t accommodate for their lack thereof and inconvenience after we had already paid for our order. No sympathy. Honestly not even sure how she has her job. I hope someone trains her how to properly communicate.
