Can’t say enough good things about my breakfast at Kneaders, Avondale. We walked in and the inside was immaculate which is always a good start. We were served by Matthew who was really friendly and went through the breakfast options and recommendation. The food was served quickly by another friendly staff member and everything was delicious. The table was cleared as soon as we finished. Top rate service especially Matthew who I found out as I was leaving was the Duty manager. We will definitely be back soon.

We had lunch and it was good. The restaurant was clean and had a cozy country vibe. Jailene waited on us and she was so friendly. I got a chicken salad croissant and if I'm being honest there was hardly any chicken salad on the croissant. But it was good and I will be back!

all I have to say is WOW! WOW! WOW! I came here on my lunch break from work twice in one week it was so good. the food quality is amazing. all of the staff has been over the top amazing. the second time I came in, they informed me later that they were out of what I had ordered. so immediately the general manager of the store comes out to let me know and told me they were giving me two free cookies. you don’t find service like this anymore. definitely recommend!!!

I placed an online order and I arrived early. I was greeted upon entering the cafe. The employees were very welcoming and friendly. I informed them I had placed an online order and I was in no rush. They quickly put together my order and I was very satisfied with their amazing customer service.I ordered the French toast and a almond croissant! I was also picking up my sisters order.As I was hand my orders I tried to tip the employees. They said they do not take tips. I found this to be concerning because when I had ordered online it gave an option to tip. So if I were to tip online. Who is that money going to? I really hope the company is not pocketing it. I know companies do pocket electronic tips made. That is why I tip in cash. Please give these hard working employees the tips they get from online orders!!! Allow cash tips while in store purchases are made. If you are not treating your employees with respect and care, and you’re ripping them off. Then I won’t support this business. ❗️So customers be aware that the online tips are not going to the employees!❗️

A disappointing experience during our visit here while passing through. The place looks understaffed. The cashier was not friendly. They were out of several breakfast items and it was only 9am. It took 20 min for the food to come out and then they forgot a smoothie. Took another 15 min to get the smoothie out. Thought we may need to get a refund on it since we were about ready to head out at that point. Definitely not a quick dine experience. The positive was the food was good.

It was our first visit. We arrived around 11:30 am, for an early lunch. The decor was very welcoming and attractive. We had sandwiches, which were very tasty. However, the sandwiches were not our first choices. Several items on the menu were not available. It was disappointing.
