This McDonald's is right by my house, which is disappointing how bad the service has been. The wait times are usually long, and the staff don't seem very attentive. I received my food without the sauce, and I waited at the window almost 10 minutes before someone checked on me. The food is usually good. Overall, the staff just need more training to make this a great place

Went through the drive through and ordered an order of carne asada fries, 2 California burritos and a chicken nugget kids meal. I checked the kids meal and the carne asada fries in the parking lot because I ordered them soft cooked and isn't the first time they didn't get them right. Well needless to say I had to go back through the drive through and get the carne asada fries fixed. Since the kids meal was fine I assumed the rest was too but when I got home my wife and son were not happy! Rightfully so because the fries in their California burritos were old burnt and really hard. They tried to salvage them by taking out the worst of the fries, but they didn't even finish their burritos cause the taste was unavoidable. So we have tried to call before and was told we needed to return the food and receipt no matter if you live far away. Feel they don't care about their customers very disgusting behavior from a food service company!

I hate this location. You would think I would learn not to go here. I keep thinking maybe it's gotten better. It never does. Over 20mins for the wrong food, and items missing. Not a complex order, nuggets and chicken sandwich. I see customers come in and leave because no one comes to the counter. This time I won't be back at this one.

Wouldn’t waste my time at this establishment, they don’t do nothing but make orders wrong, give you attitude when you’re trying to correct your order and they take forever no reason 10 nuggets and some fries should take 20 plus minutes that’s ridiculous.

Today I went through the drive through and tried to order a hot & spicy biscuit sandwich. Mind you I have been able to order this item frequently from not only this store before , but other surrounding locations with no hassle. Well today the woman who took my order decided they don’t have that in the menu. I was a bit taken back by that remark considering again , I have ordered this item before. Nonetheless I was not going to argue with her , so I let it go and ordered something else . As I am paying I mentioned it to a male working what is their back-booth accepting payment. He proceeded to condescendingly tell me “ I have worked here for years and this has never been on the menu ever “ no big deal I again frustrated at this rate , was still not going to argue with this young man . It wasn’t until I go to drive away he proceeds to and I quote say “ yeah whatever you p%ssy #ss bït#h “ and proceeds to laugh. I immediately stopped and said excuse me as he continues to laugh in my face and then become afraid of the confrontation that ensued . I again seeing that it was no way for me to react , decided to instead go to the window and explain it to his manager on duty named Esmeralda . Who reassured me that he is in the wrong and she was so sorry . Nonetheless my family will never visit this location again . And if you don’t want to deal with unprofessional little kids taking your orders and using profanity in front of your children . Then it’s highly suggested to just drive to a different location . The male said his name was Andres but his manager said his name was Miguel so . Clearly no action will be taken against him considering the MOD thought also to lie to me about his name so I can’t report him to corporate for being unprofessional . Just head down the road to 99th and or Dysart . Better customer service at these locations

We went through drive thur, we had to wait for our food, it took them 21 minutes to get me my full order. I was upset and went inside, only the young man taking out the order acknowledged me, everyone else avoid me. No one apologized for the long wait. The Manager Linda Morales was no help & only apologized after the fact. Food is good but customer service is the worst here. We will not be coming back.
