My wife ordered me a combo meal...the fried rice was terrible...tasted like cigarette smoke....and the lo mein was overcooked and tasteless. I should have stuck with Panda Express.

The food was overpriced for the quality. The combo doesn’t come with a drink. The low mein noodles were soggy and broken. The honey sesame chicken had a small amount of sauce under it. The only positive thing I have to say is that the portions were pretty decent.

It's a Chinese buffet so you know what you're getting when you go there but the food is very good and the place is shiny clean. Normally we've dined in but last time we did takeout and feed the three of us for less than $30. Great place for what it is. This is my favorite buffet on the west side of Phoenix.Kid-friendliness: My seven year old daughter has been treated very well every time we've gone there.
My wife wanted to try a spot close to our new home and this was the choice. They have plenty of options and a lot of customers in and out while I was dissecting the menu for my picky child. We ordered the beef and broccoli combo, general tso's combo, and a side of white rice. My beef and broccoli was ordered with the sauce on the side so I could share my brocolli with my daughter. It wasn't the best and wasn't the worst. For the price you do get a lot of food and maybe because I got the sauce on the side the meat wasn't the best. The fried rice was okay but the egg roll was very good. The girl who assisted me with my order was very nice and made everything easy to order even my custom plate which let me know things were fresh. I am going to go back again to try the orange chicken and some other dishes.

Absolutely love their pork fried rice, and beef chow Fung dry was flipping amazing. Also love their wong tongs soup
The egg drop soup is always hot and delicious ? plus their menu for combinations dinners is so saturated with variety. I love my happy family choice of dinner.

My family and I have been customers for years now. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but my most recent experience (7/21/23) wasn’t a good one. I ordered lemon chicken meal. The chicken had a weird taste to it. That taste when you reheat chicken the next day. My daughter’s orange chicken was hard. Not crunchy. Hard. We had noticed the quality declining slowly, but today was definitely the last meal from New Wok.

The food is so delicious. I recommend you order ahead and pick up. They are pretty fast, but it's nice to get there and have it ready. They let us dine in. The restaurant is clean and the service was great!

Really good- Hole in the wall kind of place, I wasn't expecting much. Glad I gave it a try Will be going here instead of Panda express up the road. Excellent flavors. Light on salt. Lo mein, garlic beef, fried rice, and appetizers all v good- prices about $13 per plate
