This location shares parking spaces with the mall which can be a good or bad thing... if the mall is busy. If it is then parking can be atrocious.

I have been to this location dozens of times out of sheer convenience. We all know Panera prices are crazy as it is...but several times ... standing in line and watching girls behind the counter texting on their phones while you wait.Watched while sitting in a table.....a worker on her phone texting while wiping tables. Using same rag and only wiping half of each table...leaving tables still dirty. BrillianceGen Z ...brutal

Portion sizes ! Portion sizes ! SeriouslyAn egg Mcmuffin sandwich is almost as big as the chicken avocado egg breakfast sandwich with was probabli between $5 - $7 , and the latte that I had was not even full , and a cookie , to pay around $15 for that is definitely not worth it , I don't recommend it

After receiving my food I was told I had to wait in line a second time to get a cup of hot water for the tea I ordered. I went back in line to get the hot water, then turned around, carefully balanced it without a lid to the trash can behind me where the tea bags were kept unwrapped in a jar. Customers shouldn’t be carrying open cups of hot water through busy places in the restaurant, then rummaging through unwrapped teabags tea bags in a jar on top of a garbage can. Fix the problem. Keep the tea behind the counter with tongs. It takes two second to drop the bag in and put on a lid saving hot spills on customers and conserving sanitation.
