I'm a grown adult now, but this place used to be all about the kids and the fun but now it's gloomy and dark and has one little section of games. No playground, less games, less prizes. It just stinks to see all the fun slowly go away, just like McDonald's!As for the food, the pizza was fine. It was a little too thin and the dough is kinda flavorless. The sauce is also too sweet for my taste. Customer service was good.

Manager rose is not respectful and threw away so many pizzas that we had asked if we could buy so she didnt have to waste she attended us at the cash register and even needed help to be able to manage the register. Who ever is in charge to put give the position should reconsider.

We typically order from the Surprise location and are never disappointed with the food. We had an order for family of five delivered tonight and will never order from this store again. The pizza was cold but most importantly had no sauce on it, we ate bread with melted cheese. The rest of the order was cold but we reheated. For over a hundred dollars very disappointing. Pick a different location.

Pizza Dough made fresh daily. Pizza was "old"/not fresh at 12:45 on Tues 1/2/2024.No dessert pizza. Staff said they were out of cinnamon (I asked about raspberry), they had no more pans, and they had no more crust for the dessert. So 1 hour before the buffet closes, no more dessert pizza.Mac & Cheese tasted burnt.
