Service here is friendly and inviting. The food i ordered happened to be a bacon cheeseburger. It had no flavor at all to it. Like it just got thrown on the grill and thats it no seasoning to the meat whatsoever. The fries were good.

This place has spectacular food. The hamburgers are juicy The Polish dogs are awesome The fish sandwich is to die for. I could go on and on. Outstanding.
Portillos is always my favorite. I love the Italian beef, Chicago hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken strips and fries. They have amazing cakes and shakes too.
Went in for lunch for the first time and it will not be the last. Started with Jill being absolutely amazing and helpful. She was so sweet and patient with me since I have a dairy allergy. Had a polish dog with fries and a salad, yum!! My husband loved his hot dog he ordered. We liked it so much that we went back in to order a burger to take home to my son. He said it was really good. Can't wait to try a burger next time. My only complaint would be maybe being able to make items into combos. Burger, fries and a soda was $20. But then again the food was amazing. Also, there were a couple of employees that unfortunately I did not get their names, the man that was keeping the tables clean and the young man working by Jill was very helpful with my allergy. I'm not sure if he was cooking or what. Amazing either way. A big thank you to Jill for her amazing personality ?
