I really wanted to like this place after I saw the size of the burrito. Unfortunately, the burrito was really bad. The meat was chewy and super dry. Same with the rice and beans. Probably the worst burrito I’ve ever had. It’s enormous and the salsa was ok but not worth the $11.

The carne asada fries are good but the lady working the window is horrible, rude, and has an attitude. I’ll be looking for a new place to get carne asada fries and I’ll post here once I find a new place so that no one else will have to experience this lady’s horrible customer service.

Ice passed this place manh times & never really noticed. I'm glad my husband & I stopped in for lunch. It very family oriented & I was curious about the price of 1 ?...but omg THEY'RE HUGE & WELL WORTH THE PRICE? I WAS SO FULL WHILE WALKING BACK TO MY CAR. I'll definitely revisit, they served LENGUA (beef tongue)???

food is good only when the guy makes it,i don't know his name but you can tell he cares about what he is doing every time he is there he nails the food each time. but the older lady who is there could care less about the food presentation and portion every time she is there and i order something there's a problem. i ordered two carne asada fries on the drive through and one was made good but the other had about half of the amount its supposed to have which i noticed once i was home. i ordered a drink and gave her a 10$ bill & she took forever to bring it, when she did bring it she just closed the window and didn't come back so i assumed that was it but again when i got home i realized i wasn't given my change. i gave her a call right away and i said i would bring back the carne asada fries because that is not acceptable and i also wanted my change. she refused to make a new one and said it was too bad that i didn't like them because she thought they were fine and it was my fault for not paying attention about my change. i hung up on her, that was so unprofessional to say. later at night i had to go to the place to get my change which she never apologized she just left the money on the window and closed it and i still said thank you.

The lady at this restaurant is not a friendly person, we ordered here fried roast beef 2 orders. and one of the orders was well served, the other order had very little. I called to tell him that I was not happy with what they gave me, that if I could go to confirm, I told him that I was going to bring the food, why not, Keria. like that and I told myself no that I wasn't going to do anything about it because she knew that she did them well and she couldn't give me my money back either because the owner wasn't there. I won't return to this place their service is terrible and that's the owners that family he manages the restaurant it hurts

I ordered 2 enchiladas and the Carne asada fries. While I was going through the drive through. They had gotten my order wrong the first time. By giving me something completely different. The person who took my order who could not have been older than 13 got snappy with me when I told them the order was wrong I then went into the restaurant to reorder what I had wanted the first time and would not allow for extra green sauce when I asked. I normally love coming here but after this experience I will not be co.ing here again

I spent over 60 dollars and none of the food was cooked I ordered 3 carne asada fries and all of the fries were undercooked the super young girl they have working at night seemed upset that I ordered a big order. I used to come once a week but the quality is bad and the girl at the counter was rude.
New to the area. I patroned this establishment. The atmosphere was cold, and there were no other patrons.I am not sure if it was the time frame I arrived at the establishment.The staff greeted me with a smile and was quite patient as I decided what I wanted to order. However, the food I ordered was delicious. If you love nachos like I do, please order theirs. I plan on returning because I want to try another favorite of mine, which is a shrimp cocktail, and I hope it is just as good.
