Apparently closes at 10pm means they close at 9:42pm, which is when we walked in. Not able to order food. If you close at 10pm, but leave the door unlocked & look open, and it’s 9:42pm, I guess that means you’re closed.

Food was good, arrived super hot. Restaurant is on the colder side, and be extra careful in the restrooms. The floor was greasy in there and super slippery. Definitely a fall risk if you have bad balance.

When I walked in the lady behind the counter said she would be right with me. I was the only person in line. Waited for 10 minutes and she never even turned around. People who came in after me turned around and left. She never even took my order. Horrible service, I will never return.

So, three of burgers were too salty for my children's taste also paid for larger fries but it was halfway filled!!!! Maybe they were between cooking fries but this was an online ? order! This order costs $87.00 so quite expensive!!!! So I'm going to think about my next purchase before making such as expensive ? order!!!!Disappointed ?

I am just so happy Smash burger has jackfruit and black bean burgers. When I used to eat meat I LOVED Smash Burger, but since I've been Vegetarian I stopped going. I didn't realize they had options until a recent UberEats run. I don't expect every place to cater to me so I was wishing from afar lol So, it's wonderful they do and the burger was delicious AS ALWAYS!!! Smash Burger; I see and I appreciate you. (They could have been having these burgers, but meat eaters don't care about non meat burgers so I really didn't know lol)Vegetarian options: They have jackfruit and black bean burgers.

The food was average but my biggest complaint with this location was the uncleanliness of the restaurant. The bathroom was disgusting. The outside of the trash can looks like it had not been cleaned for months. The beverage/fountain drink center was gross. Won't be back. And food was average. Too many great hamburger places to go eat at in the area. Will not be back. Sad.

Ask for two ranches, and they give me a take out box with two squirts of ranch burgers, which are greasy overcooked onion rings not worth 40
Very dirty place. Hairball sitting on the soda counter. Dirty tables inside and out. Tater tots were greasy.

I've had Smashburger before and didn't remember much about it, but this recent trip definitely gave me something to remember. I placed the order online and the food was ready when we got there but we just had to wait another 7min or so for the shakes. The customer service was good and considering they were pretty busy as I overheard the cashier telling some people there would be about a 20-30min wait for their food, my 7min wait wasn't bad at all. That just further confirms that they make each order fresh and nothing is just sitting under a heat lamp. I got the Double Colorado Turkey Burger with sweet potato fries and a Non-Dairy Oreo Cookies & Cream Shake. All of it was absolutely delicious! The burger was super juicy and flavorful without being salty or too greasy. The only complaint I would have is the lettuce, tomato & onion weren't as crisp and fresh as I felt they should have been. I went home and added fresh crisp lettuce to the burger. The sweet potato fries were really good and generally I don't eat sweet potatoes but wanted to try something different. The shake was also delicious. If you're used to eating Non-Dairy ice cream you can tell it's almond milk ice cream but the taste is not off putting at all. It was well blended and not too thick or thin. My husband who isn't open to trying much of anything new or different tasted the shake and said it was good. It can get pricey but it's definitely worth it considering they have a variety of burgers (beef, turkey, veggie & black bean) and despite the name, 'SMASH'burger, their patties aren't all that smashed and are actually decent sized and juicy. Definitely up there with one of the best burgers I've ever had from a chain and I'll definitely be back.Vegetarian options: They offer veggie and black bean burgers and a variety of salads along with a variety of non-dairy shakes.
