This location has recently gotten so much better. Quick pick up after ordering in the app and our past several orders have been perfect and tasted great.
Came to try new shake ice cream machine is broken!! Ordered my food order was wrong came back to return it because 2 burgers were made wrong. And when I come back I see them Making shakes??? Littereley 5 minutes after I left?

Managers and employees are garbage.. they don’t answer the phone. Ans they’re slow as hell for your food! Cooporate needs to step up and fire the manager and get this sonic running like the rest are.. Avondale Sonic’s are great! Buckeye is trash! Come on cooroorate!

It's currently 10:25 pm. Just got home from sonics. Upon approaching all the lights outside were off. I started heading to the drive through and some white lady started yelling towards me "Excuse me we're closed" I reminded her that on Google maps the store hours said open till 1 am. She said "We're closing early because we're under staffed" I looked into the store and saw two other workers. Then the lady told me the closing time on Google was wrong. I explained that the store is commonly open until 1 am, this wasn't my first time coming after 10. She said, "Well we're closed".... So somehow this particular Sonics chooses its own hours.

Just went to this location and asked "is your icecream machine working?" The guy said, "uuuuuuh, let me check." *20sec later* replied Yeah. When I got my m&m blast , the guy looked hurried to get the money and return inside. When I looked at my shake it was packed with m&ms and soon discovered why....the blast was runny!! I DON'T live far at all, when I got home to try the bast my spoon was like I dipped it in water when I dipped it in the blast. No wonder he was rushed to give my order WITHOUT my receipt.I don't appreciate the lies and rush when he could've said "No, the machine is out." There's nothing to return, It all looks like rainbow water :( I didn't eat it. Just seen what it turned into.Pls don't say yes to an order you cannot deliver properly.Parking: There was plenty of parking that I did park in front of the kitchen window, thought couldn't see due to posters.

Picked up around 9:30 very pleasant staff and food was very hot ordered popcorn chicken and cheesy chili tots. Also very pleased very sprite with extra cherries. Thank you to staff for a great experience.

Spent $22 on food. Both of my slushes tasted like mildew. My chicken tasted and smelled like sanitizer. Every single time I’ve ordered from here, my drinks have tasted like mildew.
2 bad experiences in a row in one night.Waited 10ish minutes after pushing the button. I moved to a different stall, and the girl told me they were only doing drive-through orders and drink orders. I don't understand why she couldn't have told me that the first time I pushed the button.
