This is the worst subway ever bread be too hard they're always out of stuff and they always over charge there's a young guy who use to work there that should have been a manager because he knew what fresh meant. This is why I make my own sandwiches at home now.

Yet another subway disappoints! Prob the worst sandwich ever made. Only got two meats on my BMT! Barley any mustard and mayo. Just crappy all around!!!

Horrible customer service... every time. I only come because it's close to my job. Last time me and my boyfriend came and we walked out... just no good customer service. They made us feel like they hated they had a customer. We ended up going to the one on Van Buren and Dysart. They were super sweet, even before we explained the bad experience at the other location. Once we did tell them, they weren't surprised as they hear that a lot about this Avondale store.

Worst experience. Not only did they get our order wrong, they drenched our subs in Mayo when we asked for a small amount but they didn’t have any ingredients. They were out of practically everything. The girl there was really rude, if you don’t want to deal with customers then don’t work in retail.
Bad service, it was a girl & a guy named Abraham. The girl was super rude & disrespectful so was the guy. Bad attitude. SUPER RUDE, if you do not like your job do not work there. Also had no food whatsoever. Lazy. mad when I asked to repeat her question because she was talking super low, she then rolled her eyes & moved on. This was on 04/01/2021 at 6:50pm

First things first, we walk in and the glass between you and the food is completely filthy. Then the girl asked what kind of bread. I said white and she smashed the bread almost flat trying to cut it in half. Then during the process of making the sandwich she didn’t know what she was doing to begin with she kept knocking the food off the sandwich onto the thing and then trying to put it back in. I’ll give these to girls working there of ethnic origin, zero stars if I could. One of the girls working in there that made the sandwiches, had no clue how to make a sandwich and should not be working there.

Ordered our sandwiches and they were made correctly, however the girl that made our sandwiches put basically a blizzard of salt on them when we asked for salt and pepper. When we asked for our sandwiches to be remade because we tasted it and clearly gagged, she had an attitude and said to us “Why did you ask for salt then?” With clear annoyance rather. None of the fountain drinks are maintained and are stagnant, terrible experience this time.

They made my order correct I give them that but when I got home and opened it my sandwich bread had mold, green spots. I called the store and the girl who answered didn’t even sound professional at all answering the phone and couldn’t even pronounce her own name right. That was a red flag. I told her that she needs to throw their bread away or inspect it. Her response was, “I’ll tell my manager when she comes back”.I definitely won’t be going back and I’ll make sure my family and friends know also. Honestly who knows what else they have there that’s expired.
