Absolute worst. Didn’t have all the items in stock as far as toppings. Wouldn’t accept my gift card. Didn’t know how to fix the issue just kept talking and saying uhm I did everything I could but yeah I tried to help you out so just uhm pay cash even though I see you have a subway gift card with a balance on it. Will not be going to subway for a while. And can’t forget to mention the fact, she cut my sub through the paper which got paper in my sub.

it was 9:30pm and the employee saw me and locked the door on me and the close at 10pm he was making sandwich for himself. I hope they can do something about that very disrespectful.

This location is close to my house but every time I give it another chance I leave disappointed. If it's not the employee attitude, bread not properly made, veggies looking old, not having the proper change to give out. The franchise should close this location because it's poorly run.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Left out cookies and then gave me a disgusting sub of hot tuna with tomatoes and jalapenos. Not at all what I ordered. Threw in the trash and Uber eats would only refund me partial. So I paid $10.00 for a bag of sunchips.... Very annoyed. I sent pics.

Disgusting and made us sick. We ordered two footlong subs for mobile pick up. The breads used was not what we ordered, the breads were also soggy on the bottom, there was random toppings that we did not order and globs of raw bacon inside the sandwiches. So nasty.

Today my fiancé and I went to subway, 01/08 around 130pm. We've been going to this location for years. Today we had the best service and one of the best sandwiches. A young man by the name of Michael helped us. He did a great job and was very polite, a true subologist! Great job Michael!!

Absolutely DREADFUL service. We stood in the customer area for at least 2 mins until a heavy set Latina female came out to serve us. Bad attitude, right from the get go. Didn't seem at all interested in making sandwiches. Sounded like she had someone with her in the back, and we interrupted her, or something. Maybe a boyfriend? Would seem right, since she tried to rush us off. Her attitude came off as if she was doing us a favor by serving us. We were going to order 4 sandwiches, but then just decided to go elsewhere. In my 20 years of visiting Subway, I have NEVER had this poor a level of service. Will NOT go back to this location.To the owner: I have been in the Public Relations sector for over 30 years. Being careless about who you hire, just to have ANYONE make sandwiches because you're might be desperate for employees, is NOT advisable. I highly recommend sending in someone who poses as a customer, just to see how they are treated. If your profits are down, this is just ONE reason. If it were me, I'd show up repeatedly, unannounced, and to check up on your current employees, especially the heavy set Latina who seemed more interested in getting back to whomever she had visiting in the back of the store. YOUR STORE IS LOSING MONEY because of this employee. And that's not a theory, at this point.

I'm highly dissatisfied with this location! I have ordered through delivery multiple times and this is the second time that I have ordered extra meat and have NOT received it!!!! If I'm having to pay extra for what I want then I expect to get what I payed for. They sure as hell didn't mind throwing extra onions and mayo! Don't get me started on how they were thrown together. I will not be ordering from this location nor come in store!

3 of us went into the Subway at 10685 W Indian School Rd Avondale, AZ 85392, USA for the free 6" subway giveaway at approximately 3pm, only to be told the promo was from 10am to 12pm. I explained that the email I received had no specified timeframe. The girl just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Subway should revise their future emails. Some businesses would have honored the promo once shown the email. This employee did not care. It's no wonder this location is never busy when I go by.

I was to pick up 2 Door Dash orders at this location. 1 was made, and the other wasn't. The pink-haired employee said it was because they were out of meatballs, and for me to call the customer to see if they wanted a replacement sub. I did, and the customer told me what they wanted. All well and good at this point, but I then proceeded to wait about 10 mins for that replacement, when they weren't even busy in the restaurant. The 2 employees on hand were slower than the Zootopia sloth!

Did not have the ingredients to make 3 of the 4 subs on my online order. Pretty unreal to not have that many things on your own menu. Also noticed them laughing, presumably about me being upset about the situation. Solid customer service.

Went into store 107th and Indian school with a 599 foot long coupon I just received in the mail. They said they don't take them. Cost me 1299 to walk out. What a ripoff. Never again.
