Don't eat here. Walmart has better pasta.

Quaint little family-run restaurant in old-town Avondale. Everything we ordered was fantastic, the service was great and the prices were reasonable. One of our new favorite Italian restaurants!

So romantic and cute. The Italian music is a nice touch. We came from Verrado to try something new. Such a nice surprise. Service was excellent. My husband ordered a glass of wine and it was a nice big portion in a big glass. We had spaghetti marinara and spaghetti and meatballs. Amazing. The limoncello cake was out of this world we will definitely be back

My pasta sauce didn't have a bunch of oil mixed in, but, they did forget our chicken add-on. The place seems like small family owned business that would be a cute date night spot that doesn't require fancy attire.

Two couples for dinner on a weekend evening; food was tasty and presented well. Wine pours were generous and surprisingly good. The "Trio" sampler was popular and the Penne Arrabbiata was just the right amount of spicy.

We had been here several times, focused on supporting local. After several visits, my husband made reservations at least 6 weeks in advance for my birthday and our anniversary. His reservations were confirmed. Both times, a few days prior, he was contacted by the restaurant and had our reservations canceled without explanation. Twice in a row. Since that happened, we figured they didn’t want our business, and we haven’t returned. Such a shame!

We loved this place! The ambiance was small and quaint and romantic! The food was SOOO good! We loved our wine and pasta. The service was also kind and great! Highly recommend and will be back. Worth the wait!! Also the bruschetta they give you to start is amazing!

Depends on what you order and the day you go whether the food will be good or not. Had the veal the first time, and my meal was excellent. Took a group of friends the next time, and comments were made that the portions had gotten smaller. For a group of seven with five being men, the bread that came out, we had to keep asking for more. I personally ordered a dish that had a certain pasta, and it came to me with not only a different pasta, they added a large portion of broccoli that wasn't even a part of the dish. When I said something, it wasn't taken too kindly. However, they did remove it from my tab. I'll go back again. However, consistency is a must, and if you don't have something, let your diner know instead of just assuming it'll be ok.

This used to be our favorite place but not anymore. The last 3 times we’ve tried to go during normal business hours they were closed. We tried today and after asking why the kept closing the waitress was extremely snotty. She acted like we were talking about holidays when we specifically said during normal hours. With extreme snottiness she asked why we came back if we always had a problem- we asked what she was talking about and she had no response other than more snarky snotty attitude. Got up and left right then and will never go back. We have never once complained about anything and have lavished compliments and recommendations to friends. This was so unexpected and out of the blue and just plain hateful for no reason.

What a fantastic 1st experience at The Pasta Factory! It was a recommendation of our transportation executive and we are so glad we followed her recommendation. The Fettuccini alla Donna was fantastic - plenty and a perfect of peas, prosciutto and creamy alfredo sauce. Fettuccini was cooked perfectly and was not overpowering with richness as some alfredo sauces can be and take over the flavor of the dish. Another winner was the Chicken Picatta. Wife could not stop commenting on how wonderful and balanced the flavor was. Chicken was super tender. The other winner was the house salad with the creamy italian dressing - some of the best our friends ever had! It is a small and quaint restaurant and so pleased to have a fantastic, independent restaurant in our neighborhood. Not that anything is wrong with chains, but love to support the smaller, local businesses. Service was expedient and could not have been better. Most pleasing was that the portions were "normal" so that I did not have left overs for the next 3 days. Having a little left over was just perfect and priced quite moderately! We will be a regular! Sorry I did not take pictures at restaurant so the pictures are from their website and YES, the dishes did look line these!!
