Excellent customer service. The ladies always greet you as soon as you walk in and are attentive when taking your order. Cleanliness and presentation are the first things I look for when eating anywhere and I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Walked up to the cashier and asked if they had guava juice and she straight up ignored me. Another lady came by the register when I asked the First Lady the same question but I guess she didn’t speak English but still ignored me. It isn’t hard to say no habla englas and I don’t speak Spanish either. Anyways, I order a guava juice with their carne asada torta and sit down to wait. The same cashier starts calling my number out only to have the drink ready but still preparing the sandwich and I’m 8 months pregnant so I suppose they wanted me to stand and wait for another ten minutes to finish making the sandwich. This is my second time coming back but the first time wasn’t the best in terms of customer service either. I thought it was just a one off experience but after this I won’t come back and don’t recommend it to anyone. Sandwich wasn’t good either I just chucked it in the trash after one bite.

I used to really like those tordas but the last 2 times I was completely disgusted and ordered a ham cake with no jalapeño and little mayonnaise and it was just the opposite and the avocado was bad and the lettuce WOW that place no longer serves that place!
Lemonade or limenade is very delicious and refreshing. As for the food. Honestly, I did not care for it as muchThese sandwiches they call tortas are pricey not enough meat. They add so much veggies then the meat. They have locations all over in Phoenix. That's my opinion, I had better tortas elsewhere. But, to each there own right.

First of all, the place is very clean and the service was good and very friendly and the cakes that I tried were the asada one recommended by Arely who served us very well and the other was the Cuban cake, I and my wife shared it and to drink I tried an agua very delicious cucumber with lemon. We will try the rest again as I am sure it will be good too.
