Really bad customer service on the phone and in person. The food was cold and trash. Employees were disrespectful and didn’t meet time and customer service expectations. If I was able to put 0 starts I would. Don’t come here!!

Ordered 40 wings and only received 30. When I called the store the manager was rude and didn’t believe that they messed up the order. He continued to insist that our order was correct when it wasn’t. Terrible customer service.

Whomever works the counter at 8pm 12/30/23, needs to be fired! Waited 30Mins in store for order. For her to determine been ready! Brought cold food home and 2 ranch lids not on tight bust in the bag!Also, they are playing loud music with curse worlds and standing around!!!Hire older mature people instead of young kids running the restaurant!!!!Also, I asked for extra seasoning on fries which barely had any on them and different sizes!Horrible location!

Just returned home with the 40 classic wings we ordered (20 mild, 10 BBQ, and 10 original hot). As seen by the photos, there was absolutely zero sauce on the 20 mild wings. Called the store to see what could be done as I live 20 minutes away. The girl on the phone supposedly talked to her manager. They try to assure me the sauce was on there but “it is buttery so it falls off”…that has to be the dumbest comment I have ever heard as my girlfriend tried a sample of each of the two non-BBQ sauces before ordering. And if it is true then they are definitely making their wings wrong. Needless to say we will going to Crazy Mikes or Buffalo Wind Wings. How a restaurant who specializes in wings gets its so wrong is beyond me…

Placed an order online. Said 20-25 min so I came 30 min after placing the order. Upon arrival they say 12 more minutes. 30 minutes go by and I ask about the status and my food was sitting in a bag on the shelf the whole time and was cold by the time I got it. I then open the bag to find the order being completely wrong! Paid extra for ALL flats, they gave me 1 singular flat and 14 drums in the wrong flavor! If you order them crispy they will come soggy. 90% of the staff should be fired
All and all 100% good and the employees are amazing
