The decor is very cabin like and cozy! Hand a delicious avocado chicken club sandwich which was amazing! Also had a French dip sandwich the au jus was so tasty by waitress was very kind she even gave us our sodas to go in to go cups after dining inside! We will def be back next time we’re in bullhead city!

After seeing this restaurant on social media, going there lived up to every expectation I had. What exceeded my expectations was our server, Sherrie. She a kind soul who treated us like old friends each time we walked in. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. The food was phenomenal, served and cooked perfectly. This diner has a home like feel we were looking for while on vacation. Sometimes you need a meal that isn't fast food or processed food and this fit the bill. The prices were reasonable and ambiance inside the diner was great. I absolutely loved everything about our experience with the Black Bear Diner. We went once to say we did, we went back the next day because of Sherrie's customer service. Well done Black Bear!! Wish you were in Ohio!

Well, I didn't like the attention, although they apologized for the bad service they gave, but one piece of advice is that they try to give the best attention to each client, not as lightly as it is with us.
Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Black Bear Diner. Asked for crispy hash browns, the hash browns that were served to me weren’t cooked all the way through, corned beef hash was a pile of uncooked corned beef with eggs on the side. We were seated first in a grouping of tables, our server took our order last and we got our food after the table that was seated after we were seated . Server kept peaking into the area where we were seated but never came over to our table. Food took forever, when we mentioned it to the cashier she said oh your order probably got lost we have 2 windows. Not the best reason for guest recovery, well no guest recovery what so ever.
