Was told a/c was repeatedly beaking down. No fans or air circulation in seating area. The temperature was near 110F indoors.Highly recommend grabbing the Western burger and putting some jalepeño poppers in it!

Good food but way too expensive. This place has gotten much better than 10 years or so ago when an employee decided to sell items other than food from the drive through window, Carl's was quick to respond and shut down such activity, the food is consistent in taste and size, it's just gotten pricey, however, in fairness, all fast food chains have gone up in price as suppliers have failed to reduce their prices after Covid, the suppliers continue to gouge the chains driving up the costs, but here, at least you know you are getting something that will taste great regardless of what you order, it will taste the same as the last time, every time, kudo's for not going to cheaper products that would reduce the food quality. a+

Burgers were undercooked and disgusting. We were also asked to park in the front and waited 15min for undercooked meat..
food took ages, they never have anything made, the drive through is ssmall, the workers dont pay attention, this whole carls jr over here is just really bad. Dont recommend eating here.

Worst Carl's Jr. EVER! They had me pull around to the front doors to wait on my order. 30 minutes later they still had not brought it to me. I yelled at the employee as she was bringing other people order and was told they gave my order to a blue car about 30 minutes ago...(my car is gray)....she apologized and said she'd get right on it...she said she couldn't refund my money but she could give me a Cookie for my troubles...it was 103 degrees outside and I probably used 5 bucks worth of gas to prevent myself from having a heat stroke! Totally unacceptable!
