At the location? Right on a hands on approach, It was heart warming seeing Neomi say good bye to every crew member personality, Jesus is coming soon and he will find a few of his choosen onrs here !! Randee was very rude. She forgot one of our fries and when called back about it was very rude and hung up on me in the middle of talking and screaming at me about it that she’ll just remake it and to pick it up. She was even rude while taking our order. We love carls but the service has sucked on graveyard shift lately. I usually end up going there when it's like 3am and there is always this girl working with the smallest little voice. Well she is amazing. Always great service and the is always pretty dam good. The fact that they are 24/7 makes them the obvious choice for the times I have to eat super late. Establishment is always clean.
