I'm so sick of driving miles and miles and ordering donuts, only to get home and find out they've given me the wrong donuts, only to call and have them not answer the phone and live in the next state over so driving right back is not an option. This has happened over and over again and I'm so sick of it.

I finally gave Dunkin a shot and well it turned out to be a one time only visit. The donuts I purchased, the variety was so pitifully low, were not too shabby though not worth the price. The vibe from the employees was more like 'wish I wasn't here' rather than friendly and they were certainly not inviting. I just don't get the hooplah of Dunkin Donuts based on the Bullhead site.

Drive-thur at 6am wasn't bad. I did have some questions about what type of coffee had espresso and which ones were stronger. The person helping me was decent, no issues with service. The two maple bars tasted decent, although one didn't have much maple on the top because of how it was packed in the bag. The food came out quickly less than 10 minutes. My coffee was tasty, not very strong but did the job. I didn't check the other reviews, prior to my visit.
Ahh, back at my favorite donut shop ever! Extremely busy Dunkin. Managed to get a couple of donuts and coffee to go. There was a very long line of people waiting for bigger orders. The line did clear out in about 5 minutes. The coffee is just as wonderful as I remember. The service was polite. The store was clean and smelled wonderfully like donuts. This location has some food and also a generous selection of ice cream.It was a pleasant treat and I will definitely return before going home.

The most disgusting excuse for a Dunkin donuts store I have ever been in. Been going to Dunkin for 60 years or so.This place is ridiculous at best. Been there four times, I will never go back. Poor excuse for a donut shop.

The absolute worst customer service ever! This girl should not have a job anywhere near people. Her name started with an A and she was "shift leader" but first told me she was manager. I started off in the drive through and asked what kind of donuts she had, she said we have all of them with an attitude. I said I have never been here so I don't know what kind you have and they aren't listed on the menu and she said I have over 60 donuts I'm not going to list them all for you so I said okay I'll come in seeing as you have so many donuts I'll come take a look. I walk in and the girl had the biggest attitude and only 10 different donuts maybe so I ask why she couldn't tell me what she had in the drive through there were no other cars there and she screamed I'm not going to argue with you just pick your donuts I said I just don't get why you told me there was 60 when clearly there isn't so if you are having such a rough day can the manager please help me with my order she said I am the manager and I'm calling the cops I said please do your calling the cops cause I asked for a manager to help me with my order instead of a little girl clearly not capable of working in the customer service industry? She went to the back and never came back. I stood there waiting for the cops for 15 minutes to show them my video and they never showed lol This dukin is going to close soon if they keep this trash employeed.

I ordered a Breakfast sandwhich, and hashbrowns in the drive through, I received 5 little soggy cold hashbrown circles and when I called, they were unhelpful and told me they would have a supervisor call me back about a replacement... but hung up without taking a phone number. And No, I was not rude to them.
