The heavy set white lady working the window, was very rude. I don’t understand why this non existent customer service is tollerated. I used to work for jack in the box in Tehachapi and with any customer service job you should be respectful. I simply asked if they could put a different sauce on my taco instead of the taco sauce and the lady very rudely told me no that is not possible. I used to make the tacos I know you can ?. I told the lady I know that they can because I used to make tacos and she then exercised her right to refuse service when the only one being rude was you. I assume you didn’t want to drop fresh tacos because you probably had tacos already made but it’s fine I will take my business else where.

I had been going to Jack in the box every other day for the Ultimate Cheeseburger, three pattys, lots of cheese, and smothered in a secret sauce, this was years ago. One day I ordered my usual and my Ultimate Cheeseburger had ketchup and mustard on it and no secret sauce, I questioned it and was told, "That's how we make them now", I asked for a refund because I was not told this when I ordered so they gave me my money back. I and many of my work partners, friends, and followers have not returned since, now I see an ad saying the Ultimate Cheeseburger is the best tasting burger ever and I felt someone had to correct the ad, it should read, "The Ultimate Cheeseburger WAS our best tasting burger, then we ruined it", all they need to do is offer, original style or modern style and many customers would return for the original Ultimate Cheeseburger, while I appreciate the reply, just bring back the real "ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER"Parking: There is plenty of parking and never a line, that would change if they returned the original Ultimate Cheeseburger!
