I have been going to Jersey Mike's for many years. I was thrilled to find one here when I moved from Reno. Unfortunately I'm not impressed with this location. I ordered a big kahuna on line and left special instructions. They were ignored . I also truly enjoy the peppers and onion on it BUT this sandwich has maybe one pepper. I'm disappointed.

I stopped into Jersey Mike's subs today. I had a coupon buy one get one free. If you get one of those coupons, do not use it when they make your subs they only give you almost half the meat as a regular sub they don't use mayonnaise they use salad dressing, so if you want to go don't use the coupon The older lady that works there and made these subs was not a nice person when I go to a place to eat I want to be treated well not like I have to come there if Jersey Mike was extra customers he should make buy one get one free, the same as the other sub sells from a disappointed customer.

This is a great little location! It's very small inside, but the food is consistently good, and I have learned to just place my order ahead of time run in the door and pick it up easy Peezy and the employees are always great!

Well, if you phone in an order, don't be in a rush. They will give you a time frame for completion (13-22 minutes), but make sure you add both numbers to get it accurate. If you do show up after the time frame given (24 minutes), you will be yelled at that you are early by the staff and have to wait even longer. In total, my 13-22 minutes was 36 minutes, and they royally screwed up my sub. Would not recommend if you need to call ahead so you can just stop in quick to pick up and run.

My FAVORATE sandwich shop. Prices may be a little high but well worth it and if you gsplurge and get the giant one. You have 2 meals, so the price is worth it. Great service too. ???

I tried to get the staff to help me with suggestions because I didnt have my glasses and couldn't see the menu. Well I tried to ask for a menu that I could see but they couldn't find one anywhere. So I basically had to just wing it. I wanted a meatball sub but they don't make those. The portable Belle mushroom on the sub was good.

Stopped there earlier today. 1) Pulling into their parking area, there's a raised lane divider/speed bump. Note that it is NOT marked with yellow or black caution stripes, and is the same color as the asphalt, and you can't see it. I hit it, and it tore up the underside of my vehicle. IT NEEDS TO BE PAINTED!! 2) I assumed their "Regular"-size sub would be a foot-long. Nope, it's only 7" long! And costs $9.63!! Are you kidding me? This downsizing trend needs to cease immediately. How does a family of 3 or 4 or more afford to eat out anymore?! 3) Unless they correct that danger in their parking lot, and lower their prices, I won't be back.
