I've been in this taco shop numerous times and ordered my food with extras on it like extra cheese or grill my burrito shell. This time I was told the are no extras just what it says on the menu. Said they couldn't grill the shell either, I told him I've always ordered like this and has never been a problem. Was told only the owner was able to let people get extras ( I was more than willing to paid for my extras) well tell the owner I will be going to Humberto's from now on, they never have a problem with add ons

*NO REFUNDS if you don't like your food.***DONT RISK EATING HERE*GREASY *GRISLEY *POOR QUALITY *BONEY MEAT.Won't refund food even if they got the order wrong. Ordered 2 pollo tacos, they sent out pork. Took a bite out of 1 taco. Went to exchange the tacos but was REFUSED due to the bite taken out of ONE TACO.Apparently, it was my fault. He heard me wrong when ordering Pollo. They only wanted to exchange the 1 taco for something of equal value.

Zero stars for service. Waited 30 minutes for what was supposed to be a chicken taco and was given a Carne asada taco. I let the guy know I received the wrong order, and he argued with me about what I ordered. I ordered it for Eat-in but decided to leave after I realized he wasn't going to make it right and ate in my truck. I know what I said... I guess the customer isn't always right in this establishment. I was going to stop in the Wild Roadrunner next door but thought I'd give this place a shot. Probably won't come here again.

We've been there 5-6 times in the last month and the food has been great and consistant each time. The breakfast burritos are a fav for our family but we've had tacos, burritos, taco salad and sandwich with shoe string fries...all good. The prices are very reasonable but they also have daily specials. Restaurant is clean and also has temp controlled, hooded salsa bar. We've had 5 ⭐ each visit. Totally recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: Doorways are wide enough, handicap parking in front. Appropriate height for tables.
Whenever we come to Bullhead city to visit my dad, we always eat at this restaurant..... more like take it home to go. Being from San Diego but living in North Carolina now means no good Mexican food!!! we love this food!!! The guacamole on the rolled Tacos is always fresh and the rolled tacos are always crispy and delicious! We understand there's new ownership, but the food is still good!

Bullhead City Pancho Villas: “I’m not tryin’ to give a plastic bag for something so small.” This was the response asking for a small bag or something to hold hot sauces, carrots, jalapeños, and limes. Completely unsat response, only to try and find something in the back and literally see little white paper bags a few feet away. Was were also told they don’t add red or green sauce to chimichangas, somwthing we’ve ordered several times. Lastly, they shorted our quesadilla. Tonight was a joke and pretty sure I won’t ever return.

This was our first visit. The place is under new ownership. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The chips and salsa were better than most in town. We'll be coming back for sure! Good authentic Mexican food!orale!
