Well... we stopped in about 1430 hours on a Sunday. It was dead and we saw dirty tables. Should have left at this point. We ordered black garlicky tokonsu noodles at $15 a bowl. The flavor was not too bad, but some garlic was way bitter. The serving was small and not worth the price.

I could've made a better Top Ramen at Home. The girl in the front was not friendly at all as soon as we walked in. Soup had no flavor and it was cold. Do not recommend this place.

The Thai tea was the absolute worst I’ve ever had and it was put in a blender? Absolutely gross tasting. Definitely don’t recommend that. The tonkotsu ramen was delicious with the original broth and I got extra noodles and added corn as well. Delicious indeed. Their pho is sub par at best. Gyoza was crunchy and delicious though. I would recommend this for a ramen spot for sure but not if you’re wanting pho or Thai tea. There are better places for both of those in Kingman. When we left the employees were standing next to the back door smoking weed though ?

We drove 35 miles on a Saturday just to go to Samurai. No other reason. They were supposed to open at 12pm. We waited almost 2 hours and they never opened. Disappointing.

Wish I could rate the food, but the last 5 times I have attempted to try it out, they've been closed and locked up during the business hours THEY have posted online. I understand things can happen but no signage or post mentioning closure to any of their social media pages. Very disappointing.

Total Rave! Wanted some ramen soup to beat this cold weather today and discovered Samurai Noodle House!!! OMG!!! Truly the best ramen I've ever had! The broth is really delicious and has a great flavor! You won't be disappointed! Definitely a must try!

One of the weirdest meals of my life. It seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff to place an order or ask any questions. Immediately after ordering the waitress went outside to sit in the car for half an hour. The guy in the kitchen was annoyed we asked for our drinks not realizing they come out after the food. After cooking he immediately went outside and just did laps around the building while other customers waited at the counter for to go boxes or to place additional orders. The tonkatsu ramen and boba was absolute fire though - would 10/10 recommend getting take out.
I'm usually not the one to write bad reviews, i've been a cashier and trained to have outstanding hospitality because the guests come first and this place did not offer hospitality. After being closed for maintenance for around a couple weeks, i've been dying to go inside and check the place out. When I went inside (despite being open for 4 hours!), I had no one at the cashier ready for my order and all I had was a fly to watch and another random customer waiting to order. After ringing the bell at the front, no one appeared, after waiting I rang again and was met with the most offended face behind a curtain, it was a lady who i've seen in other reviews giving bad customer service. The face she gave me looked like she smelled something bad and I responded with a thumbs up, a smile, and a walk out of the restaurant. The ambiance feels strange, overlooking the fly situation, there's no music and the kitchen floor was dirty with a strange white powder and buckets. I'm gonna wait a while to come back...

This place is not really a good place for sit down and eat...We went in and I was craving for a bowl of noodle and the service was bad... After the girl took our order and missed one of my item that I ordered she's disappeared and luckily she didn't charge me for it... There's no customer service here and the menu is pricy... I had a shrimp tempura and seaweeds salad and they were good am surprise..we ordered ramen pork soup and my boyfriend had it he said it was ok and not much item that they gave you in the soup and very plain soup...I don't think we're coming back...

You have Eminem out front trying to be the next rapper, while the phones off the hook an the women is rude like your inconveniencing her for ordering and that’s if they get around to taking your order after 5 minutes of standing there. Both standing out front blasting music in a car while no one inside to take your order. Foods amazing though ?
