We arrived at the restaurant fir our reserved time and found it closed. We received no notice that the restaurant would be closed. As a matter of fact, I received a confirmation the morning of our reservation. We had to find another place on a Friday night that could accommodate 8 people so we could have our birthday celebration. While I understand emergencies happen, it would have been nice to notify people ahead of just arriving at the door. You have my contact information so a text would have been helpful.

We went in kinda late on a Monday night for a special occasion dinner and we had the whole place to ourselves. Food and service were both incredible - particularly considering we were the 4-top that showed up 90 minutes before close on an obviously sloooow night. Loved the complimentary cornbread skillets. Entrées were superb all around - even the kids meal ribeye... who has a kids meal ribeye!? It was so good.

We had been to JT's Steakhouse Valentine's Day in 2023. We found it to be classy, the service was great and the food was better. I had the Beef Wellington which was absolutely delicious. We went back to JT's for Valentine's Day 2024, and had quite a different experience than before. We waited in front while several servers walked by us, not acknowledging us at all, and was not seated for about 5 minutes, no big deal. I noticed that they were not very busy but I guess we had to be seated by a certain girl who seemed to be in the back and we had to wait for her to come out front to see we were waiting by the door. When we got to our table and was approached by our waiter, he proceeded to tell us everything he was out of on the menu, and informed us that the Chef was not there tonight so the Sioux Chef was going to be cooking our meal. I ordered a rare filet and my boyfriend ordered a burger. After 55 minutes of waiting at our table for our order, we got up and walked out. There didn't seem to be any management there. I was a server for over 10 years and I have never walked out of a restaurant before. I was very disappointed. I really loved JT's Steakhouse in 2023, but it has seemed to go down hill in 2024.

I really had high hopes but the orders were mixed up, I never received the drink I ordered, the steak was overcooked (ordered medium but got well done) steak didn't seem to be the NY strip that I ordered...very thin so the overcook made it

We visited last night. Chef was out but sous chef did a great job. Intimate, quiet atmosphere. Excellent for conversation. Garlic mashed potatoes were amazing. The shrimp scampi was enough for two meals and was so yummy. We are here til May. We will visit again.

Five of us went tonight. Overall, disappointing. Appetizers were small portions for the prices. My ribeye was 80% fat and gristle. My husband had fish which was very greasy. Our friends enjoyed their house salads. This was our second time going there. The last time was a bit better- good filet, but again small portions and expensive. Not sure if we’ll go back.

Service was friendly and pleasant! The atmosphere was gentle light, but not too low you couldn't see! Very relaxing. The background music was barely audible (except a weird bell sound that played every once and a while, kinda like a notification you might get on your cell phone), but at least you can converse with your party without having to raise your voice!Went with 3 other people. We each had a different entree. The ribs were fall off the bone, the Ribeye and Tri-tip had a wonderful vinegarette BBQish sauce (even the guy who doesn't really appreciate vinegarette liked it), the Prime Rib was a little dry but flavorful. The Au Jus for the prime rib lacked flavor and was so light in color it looked like chicken broth, but the creamy horseradish was very good and made up for the Au Jus!The cornbread was YUMMY.....and i am NOT a cornbread eater!!!!@The sides were all good, too. Garlic mashed potatoes were so good! Loaded backed potato came with butter, cheese, and bacon (had to request sour cream). Our "seasonal" veggies, for our visit, were green beans, and they were very good. Not too over cooked or dry! Broccolini was yummy, the tops were crispy, and the flavor was good! The Brussel sprouts were the least favorite of the group, but still good enough that they got eaten! The fries were crispy and well......fries, lol!Overall, it was a nice experience.Spent $132 for 4 people and 3 drinks from the bar!

No frills but good food and good service. Price point was reasonable, as well. We will definitely go back should we find ourselves in the area again.
