Walked in stood there for 10 minutes I was the only one at the counter nobody asked me what I wanted so I left.

I work for Doordash. Arrived and no one at the counter to ask about order. 15 min later asked the young man who was putting orders on counter. He ignored me. 30 min after being there a lady who just came in and clocked in, I asked her. Oh we already did that order a long time ago. Your going to have to have them resubmit the order. I wasted 45 min or my time for no order!!!

Stood at front counter for 10+ mins ignored then they said “my boss says use the kiosk” “I can’t take your order at the counter” which may I add, is completely garbage. I’ll be taking my business to another restaurant from here on out ?
