Every time I’ve gone to the boulders it’s always been a wonderful experience. Please make sure you try for yourself.

We dined early on a Wednesday night so the dining room was quiet. Great service. Decent selection but not much for the non-meat eater. No pasta dishes. They wanted to charge a splitting fee for splitting a Caesar salad. We contested it as we thought that was ridiculous. Three of our four meals were very good. My chicken dish was overcooked and dry. Two salads, 4 entrees, 3 drinks, $315.

The restaurant was busy and not enough servers so we wouldn't get served in a timely fashion, food was good but cold, and ordered dessert and after 45 minutes told them we were leaving and just give us our check... disappointed

Too expensive and too noisy. Saturday morning breakfast; room was full. Noise level made conversation very difficult. Had we sat outside there would have been no problem, but inside was horrible. Wheelchair ramp to Palo Verde May have been the longest and least direct I have ever had to use!

It's a beautiful setting...outdoor patio. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Food is very good with some unique flavor combinations that have a southwestern flare. Definitely made our special occasion even more fabulous. Want to try staying at the resort sometime now that we've dined there.

We went for Valentine’s Day and had a great time! The food was delicious and came out at a great pace. Our server Alex was phenomenal as well!

My husband and I went to Palo Verde for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Everything was amazing, but what really made the experience A++ was Alex, our server. He was fantastic. He is very attentive, personable and very knowledgeable. He had great recommendations from dinner and desert to drinks and breakfast the next morning. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Food was way overpriced. I had filet and was served with cold Hollandaise on top. Vegetable also served cold, not sure there was even a chef in the kitchen. Did not even recognize what the potatoes were. Restaurant was not busy so no excuse there. Our bill was over $300 and I have to ask...for what? Sorry for the bad review but you asked.

Thanksgiving dinner was simply awful. PRCESSED turkey at $105.00 per plate! Thick slices of dark and white. A short drink became a tall, response was " we ran out of short glasses! The list goes on....

We went here for our anniversary dinner and it was delicious. The overall ambiance was perfect for the evening. Our server, I don't recall her name, was fabulous. He truly waited on us and was there in an instant to refill water or champagne or see how we were doing. The only down side to the dinner was a pair of couples on the other end of the restaurant talking so loud, we could hear everything and it kind of ruined the vibe at times. But overall, would highly recommend!

Ate here because we were staying at the resort and were very underwhelmed. The salmon crudo seemed cooked and was not cold. We sent it back and it wasn't any better the second time. The sea bass didn't seem high quality. It was more like a “cutlet” not a typical thick and flaky sea bass filet. Our waiter was highly attentive but struggled to communicate about the menu. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant or go back.

The Thanksgiving meal was an awful experience. You choose to come to a nice resort to celebrate a holiday and you have a set of expectations of how you will be treated and how decadent the food will be. The service was awful. We sat for 25 minutes before we were even offered water. Then after asking multiple times for bread, we were served cold, clearly supermarket dinner rolls. The rest of the food was good but the time between courses and how often our server came was atrocious. Several times we had to wave down the manager and when we did things were rectified quickly. But you shouldn't have to sit with no drinks and dirty plates for 40 minutes in between courses.

It started out badly and just continued.......seating was next to a vent blowing cold air and a glass door to the terrace that blew cold air onto us when servers came and went. Waited 20 minutes before seeing a server for a cocktail order and then 20 minutes befor drinks were delivered. Had to ask for bread and then salad was served before cocktails were finished. Wrong bottle of wine delivered and when food arrived, the plate was cold. Enormous amount of turkey served over squash cubes that were partially cooked. Brought the wrong dessert and eventually received a dried out mini cheesecake. Manager said the meal and drinks would be comped, but then received a check that did not fully reflect his promise. This meal was a disaster on so many levels and they kept apologizing over and over. I am embarrassed for them. As locals, we try to support businesses within our community. This is one that we would never return to without some major changes. The experience was grossly overpriced and under delivered.

Wonderful setting, The Boulders and the grounds are unparalleled as beauty, atmosphere was very relaxed but also sophisticated and upscale. The food was great with the only( minor) caveat that the eggs for the hash were ordered over easy and they were slightly harder than we wanted. Biscuits and gravvy were spectacular. Absolutely recommended

Beautiful restaurant, attentive, and very friendly staff. The manager treated us like family. Our meal was beautiful! Excellent amount of drinks selections. Great date night with my wife!
