The Spa at Civana is FABULOUS but unfortunately the restaurant was not very good. The menu is interesting but the taste of the food is not great...disappointing since everything else - ambiance, spa (Amazing!), decor, setting menu descriptions are wonderful. An easy to fix problem, I hope you fix it!
Enjoyed the experience. Caesar salad was awkward to eat since the lettuce leaves were not cut up and the dressing was not mixed into salad. The elk tenderloin was tender but dry and needed more sauce. Filet mignon was cooked to absolute perfection and melted in the mouth. Would have ordered spaghetti bolognese but only a vegetarian version was available. The Arizona light lager was exactly the right alcoholic beverage for the weather.

Terras offered great vegan and plant-based dishes. I was so happy with the seasoning, the different and creative combinations of flavors. My favorite was the butternut squash carpaccio. The subtle citrus flavor, perfectly blended with a hint of sweetness and saltiness, just a beautiful dish!
