We love the Crab Shacks, been too alot of different ones. I think the Casa Grande one struggles a little bit on the service side, the manager is awesome, she is always there and runs her butt off, better talent would probably make her life easier, but still will go back and enjoy the awesome food and great drinks! Always on the list and the Charred Oysters are our favorite starter!

3 out 4 dishes were awesome. The fourth not so much. It was way below the Casa Grande standards. We brought it to the Managers attention and she corrected it on the spot. The Casa Grande staff are always awesome.

Food is only fair. Cost is totally prohibitive. 2 of us got a boil and it was $140.00 with sodas. Who in the world decided on these prices. I can pick up 5# of king crab and steam it at home and feed 6 people for the same price. The ambiance was not that great. Sorry. Never again.

I gave the food 3 stars, simply because it was good quality and reasonable portion size for the price, but nothing special. The service was great, very friendly, and he was very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was unique and comfortable with a very open, airy feel by combining the outdoor area with the indoors. The wall writing added a special touch.

My chicken was so old it was literally hard so they did remake my sandwich at this point I’ve been in the restaurant about 45 minutes. The second sandwich had burnt bread and was already packed in a to go container. Needless to say we spent over $100 here and half the food was even eatable.
