This was our first time here and it was not busy at all. We used the pickup area. Our hamburgers were not hot at all. No flavor to the meat. The buns were a chewy texture and very flat. Very disappointed!

The last time I was here I did not eat. I was buying food for someone else. Previously I have had good experiences with them. The one time I did not I got a moldy bun for my breakfast burger and have not eaten here since. I got an apology and a refund, but it has made me personally hesitant to eat here again.
