Lisa was extremely rude. Ordered online through the drive thru was told it was going to be a 15 minute wait. Was not that big of a deal! Pulled around and sat outside waiting , 30 minutes passed went inside to ask how much longer the wait was going to be. Lisa then yelled that I needed to wait another 15 minutes before my food was ready. Was not happy.

my sandwich i received was a literal joke. i ordered a chicken sandwich with american cheese, and received a sandwich with no pickles, and a sliver of cheese on the patty while the rest was balled up and melted in the bottom of the bag. the quality of food from this location has not been great the last few times i’ve visited, but this time was the final straw - i had to say something. this is ridiculous. employees need to be more serious about the quality of their food at this location, what an embarrassment to the CFA industry.

Wake it a point to stop at the Casa Grande location whenever we're on this end of town. Susan is pleasant, professional & a pure joy to be around. We just love seeing her. 4/11/24Parking: They have regular & handicap spaces as well as online order parking.Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor play area for small children.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of tables available to accommodate wheelchairs.
Absolutely worth the visit. The friendliness and cleanliness alone beats other fast food options in the area. Absolutely love the play place, great way to let Littles burn some energy without overheating in the AZ sun!
Customer service terrible food always perfect a dozen people in line one cashier and probably 12 workers but nobody has a clue to have an employee jump on the second cash register 15 minutes standing in line on my lunch break not acceptable take charge and put on another
