Great stop with great service. Our food was out quick and hot, Drinks were well made and the atmosphere was awesome. We ill come back when we are back in this area.

This is the worst Fiestas I have ever had, the chicken was boiled, no flavor, the STAKE was so tuff I could not eat it, again no flavor, service terrible, Manager did not take the time to talk to us, if she would take the time to check the food she is serving this would be a different out come! Please do something to improve the management at this location!!,

Drove 6 miles to pick a delivery order that was not ready. One girl on phone did not acknowledge me after phone call. Another one was eating her dinner standing behind takeout desk area next to kitchen. 4 more just stood talking to what I guess was the manager. Then the manager looking walked be with no acknowledgement and left. Still I gored another 5 minutes then I just canceled the order of my phone. $9 order not work a 45 min wait. Ps I have canceled orders in the past . I hope the next business that goes here is better service. Can not stay open with this kind of service

Very good dining experience. Food was well prepared and good prices on their lunch menu during the week.Only issue was the men's restroom had cleanliness issues....the bathroom would have gotten 1 star.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu and prices. Lots of kids drink choices with their meal.

Came in for valentines. Waited for 20 min even though hairs were open at the bar. Suspect they were short staffed. Finally sat us at a table by the kitchen. Dirty dish water had poured out of the kitchen and was pooled about 2 inches thick under our table. We asked to be seated at another table and they seemed irritated. Waiter was pleasant but nobody even apologized. When I ordered an IPA the waiter said previous IPA has been swapped out for coors light.We decided all of this was the final straw and left. We live in town and used to come here at least once a month. It has gone down hill. Dirty, always under staffed and I believe poorly managed. I get how hard it is to run a restaurant these days, but this is bad!

30 min wait to be seated with 30% of the tables clean and empty because the kitchen (dishwasher) is backed up?!?! The hostess even checked with the bartender on this and he doubled down. Customers were walking away instead of standing in line...yes, standing. This is intentionally driving away business during dinner time.When the silverware came out it was filthy and still had the last persons food on several pieces. This is when we escalated to the manager.No comp as asked for or given, we paid full price. Food was below average at best. I've had good experiences at chili's, but this location wasn't offering that kind of service.On a positive note, the waitress was a sweetheart and genuinely on-point. She knew things were not right, but out of her hands. The manager was very kind also.

They were quick to bring out food and anything else needed. The food was delicious and we all walked away full and happy! Would go back again! The server was kind and patient and the area was clean and well maintained. We were sat right away and had no complaints about anything! Menu was extensive with lots of good options.Parking: Lots of parking surrounding building.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything was on one level with easy accessibility.
Service is sporty at times. They lack adequate staff (ie waitresses), but the food service was fast, just not always accurate. Food was hot and tastey.
Food had no seasoning or flavor at all. 150.00 for bland food. Yay!
