Worst chipotle I’ve been to. Says my order is ready online but there are 3 people here that have been eating for there orders. This place is so disorganized it’s crazy.

Drove all the way over to be told they wouldn’t take walk in orders and we needed to order online and then stand there and wait for it… so we couldn’t tell them our order in person… it needed to be done electronically while standing in front of them… Makes no senses. Then again, after I saw the review of someone with a slug in their food, I think we dodged a bullet.

This place was horrible! We went in at 930 with 30 kin til closing and they were out of everything! The reason being was they were making bowls for themselves to go! Instead of waiting until they closed like a normal store would have, if that's what they do with leftover food. Took my kids to get food after a long day of football games but was a very unpleasant experience to say the least. Oh and they didn't even have any remorse about it. They just kept making their plates as they served us what little to choose from. Never returning to this location again! ?

My experience is that for a long time I did not return to Chipotle because they always gave me very little meat for the payment that was made!... but on this occasion this week, SERGIO, the one who served me, was friendly from start to finish, he He followed my order to the letter, even without telling me about the meat, he served me what I could consider normal in portion... I even made 2 orders, my husband who was waiting in the car with my children, when he opened his bowl he was surprised that The food looked of very good quality and quantity and we enjoyed the food, plus Sergio seems like a good worker. I hope to return soon and that I am treated well and that the food is delicious. By the way, the al pastor meat is yummy... THANK YOU

Whoever was cooking / trimming the limited Al pastor chicken on 3/21/24 at 11:00am yall need a raise The first time in forever I did not get a piece of fat or gristle in my meat. You did a great job, keep up THAT type of work.If Chipotle’s protein options were trimmed up that fine every time I ate there I would never be disappointed. But thats the problem with chipotle, it’s hit or miss and usually a big miss for me.But to whoever had that shift of trimming , everyone else needs to take notes.Good job. I got a burrito bowl, and I have to mention the protein was nice and seasoned, lime on the Al Pastor Chicken tasted great. Can’t say it’s going to be the same next time I visit, but for the slight chance the person who was responsible for that chicken being cut up and trimmed sees this, I leave this review for them.Thank you !!!My Faith is being restored into this fast paced world again.

Probably the best Chipotle in AZ, super fresh tasting, doesn't 'skimp' on quality, quick service even when it was packed!

Was eating my salad bowl and realized I was chewing plastic.

Many Chipotles have the misfortune of having rude employees and managers, and this is one of them. There have been multiple instances in which cross contamination of cheese in guacamole occurs. As someone who cannot ingest dairy in any fashion, it's not even safe for me to eat here, and for this phenomenon to have happened multiple times? Is neatness no longer trained into your line staff? Is the line no longer the moment of truth? And then I have to deal with your workers and management treating me horribly and looking at me with hostility if I so much as speak to them after being ignored for multiple seconds. Even being looked at with the same hostility as I walk to my car, NOT satisfied with what I ordered as I did NOT get what I wanted, and yet still being respectful - something the staff I encountered tonight clearly knows nothing about? If this is their example of Being Guest Obsessed, then that's truly a shame. Never putting my faith in such losers ever again. Do yourself a favor, reader, and go to a spot that serves real mexican food, like Filiberto's, or maybe just go across the way to Whataburger where they actually know how to be professional, treat people respectfully, and serve good food.
