We were at a class being held at IHOP for 3 and 1/2 hours. Was told by instructor that we were not to bring in any food or drink and to bring appetite. We were expected to purchase food there. Reasonable. However no one came and took our orders or asked if we wanted anything. Left hungry, cold, and thirsty after being there for 3 and 1/2 hours.

Entrance has bird poop all over, restaurant dirty! Carpeting gross and bathrooms discussing!! Mold in toilets, floors and walls dirty, paper all over dirty floors.Too bad IHOP care because staff working hard and pleasant, but we won’t go again

This is the absolute worst IHOP I have ever been to. I have given this place 3 chances and every visit has been terrible! The service is impersonal and cold and it is far longer wait than it should be to get the food that you ordered! Just an absolutely inexcusable clown show at the location! Denny's is just down the road from here, go there instead! Avoid this place!

I didn't get the layout of the restaurant so I can't say that our long wait was/wasn't justified, but our server was quick with our order. While some of us went the traditional route, others tried something new ( I had the appetizer plate and I have no regrets) and we enjoyed our late breakfast.
