They've messed up my order twice now. A half and half turns into full pizza covered which was disgusting. Now my extra most bestest is this gross stuffed crust we won't eat. And our crazy bread is the same thing. Cheese sticks. They look pregnant and are disgusting. All you gotta do is get the order right. Gonna find another pizza place.
11-11-23Ordered two pies by phone 4pm. Told 15 minutes, l got there in 11 minutes. Was told they were waiting on one pie. Waited by the window for about 4-5 minutes. Then was told to wait in front. Saw about 15 pies leave. Mine comes out at 4:50. As I’m asking the petite young man/woman why it took 50 and not the 15 minutes that I was told. He/she just walk away smiling. Used to get my LL players pizza from here. Used to.

The pizza wasn't the problem. The delivery was! I have always had delicious pizza & crazy bread, when my husband or I pick it up. This location uses door dash. My pizza was delivered an hour and 10 minutes after I ordered it. I live 5 min away. Come to find out the driver sat in the parking lot waiting for another order to be completed. My pizza was soggy, cold and disgusting.im just done with people sucking and businesses not even caring about customer service anymore. I called the complaint number and they credited me 15% the cost or my order. I'm tired of this upside down world.
