Great food we ordered caldo de res, burrito de asada and carne asada fries and it was all delicious. Especially the carne asada fries only thing was, it was a lot so make sure you share with someone cause they pack that really good for you to eat.

Sad to see you all go!! Stopped by today and the sign on the door says they did not pay rent and owe alot of back pay. The food was delicious and we will miss having this so conveniently across from the truck stop. It says it's open on Google but we stopped in today and has signs everywhere on the bldg saying otherwise.

food was on par with other Mexican restaurants in the area but like most others nothing was spicy enough for my
Price gouging on tacos, eh? Because hungry truckers would still rather pay to have something other than truck stop food (located next to Love’s). Ten dollars for 2 two toppings tacos?!Carne asada tacos were too salty and dry and only included pico de gallo. The complimentary green sauce was definitely needed to enhance the flavor. The main reason for my one star review is because I was charged five dollars for chips (see receipt) but I asked for “chips and guac” and didn’t receive any guac. Canned drink fresh out of the cooler was barely cool, which did nothing for a cool down on a hot summer night.Shame on me for not checking my bag and only realizing once I got all the way back to the truck across the parking lot. Typical me would have went back and pointed out their mistake, but we were on a time crunch and it was 95 degrees at 9pm.Won’t be returning.

Never in my life am I coming here again I should of known not to stop here after seeing there was literally no cars outside I order 2 burritos a kids chicken quesadilla and a asada torta the girl on counter told me the total was 40.69 md after I paid and looked at the receipt the price was different to 45.57 so I asked the cashier and she told me that after the total is a 5 dollar tax charge so I checked my bank account and on my account the charge was 48.97 totally different than what they had told we when I paid and totally different than the receipt price smh never coming back here again

Got the breakfast burrito. Hearty and good quality ingredients, tortillas taste home style w lard ? add the red (spicy) and green sauce for more flavor. Service was friendly and prompt, it's made to order so don't expect it to be waiting under a heat lamp. Great stop!

Lots of meat in the chimichaunga and burrito, but nothing else, and it was bland at best. Beef taco was flavorless even with the taco sauce. Nice people and BIG portions, and the price reflects as such (almost $40.00 for those 3 items). All in all, go next door to The Golden 9. You'll be far happier.
The best of the best Mexican food in town , I love the super fries and the burritos amazing . Los tacos de cabeza también . I love you guys .

Friendly staff, Common menu options,Some seats broken in dining area, Parking lot dirty, Table's clean, Restroom Ok, Food has personalized taste, Portions are normal and Guacamole has apparently 75 % water?

Ok, let me start by saying I have HIGH standards for good Mexican food. That being said, I didn't see anything remarkable about this place. I would give it a 2.5 stars if I could. My husband and I both ordered the Carne Asada Fries. The portions were huge!! We honestly could of shared our meal. As for taste it was lacking something to make it memorable. It was a bit on the bland side. It wasn't bad but I've had better. It was just OKAY. What did make it taster, was the Salsa Verde I added to it. For two orders of Carne Asada fries and two 32oz Horchatas it was approximately 35$. The horchata was decent and had just the right amount of cinnamon for my liking. It's a little dive located right next to the Loves truck stop and a Motel 6. When we stop at this truck stop again, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. I'm kinda MEHHH about the whole experience.
