Filthy, every table not cleaned one bit, I mean every one. 4PM on a Tuesday afternoon. Waited for a meal for family of 4 for over 205minutes and when I asked about the order, it was sitting on their counter. They never called it out and didn't bring it to my table and I had a table marker. I asked the girl how long my food sat there: "I don't know." Did you call out the order number?: "I don't know." Unbelievable apathy. That store has gone straight down into the pits.

Went for the Shamrock ☘️ shake and was told. It was no longer being offered yet it was the 16th of March. When the shake was delivered it was strawberry and mint shake mixed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at McDonald's. You are fast food, stop acting like customers are not important and your food is not worth the price.

What a horrible experience.We sat down & ordered from the app. They brought us a Strawberry shake with shamrock shake in it. They insisted they were out of shamrock ☘️ shakes- but we saw them give shamrock shakes to other people. We asked them to fix it and we got a minty Strawberry vanilla ... yuck. When he brought it back, the kid set the cup down hard and was very rude. Fries were cold.

Truth be told, I’ve had a couple of issues at this McDonald’s in the past that had gone unresolved. I had a slight one tonight and I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. Mary answered and offered up a solution to my problem and was so incredibly kind when doing so. I don’t think I’ve ever come across such a dedicated McDonald’s employee before. She handled it like it was her own business and that’s exactly what good service is about. I’ll drive 20 mins out of my way to give this McDonald’s my business because it’s managed correctly. For all the other reviewers bashing this McDonald’s, how about you give them a chance to right their wrongs? As crazy as it sounds, they can’t fix a problem they don’t know about and you blasting them on Google Reviews is childish.

Went through the driver thru and was immediately asked to pull to the front (Only one other car in drive thru) then sat in the pick up location for 10 minutes. Wouldn’t be upset if they were busy inside and my food was hot. Cold fries and now diluted drink.

Food was warm, fries too. If you eat McDonald's you know hot fries are the best. They served fast too, the person at window 2 was friendly, window 1 was distracted for what ever reason. It's a drive up, so atmosphere, I don't know. No loiterers were outside is a plus.

I am so thankful for managers Sheila and Mary. I had an issue and they had amazing customer service and resolved my problem. I was upset and their kindness really put a smile on my face by the time I left. The food was good also and the place was clean. I would go back to this location. Thank you Sheila and Mary!!
Slow and mean slow. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry. All the staff look lost and confused. It takes a 1/2 to make food.

Tiny hamburger hardly any catchup or mustard half a pickle forgot the onions and it cost four dollars! I don't think they care.
