Service was lack luster ask for honey lemon pepper got some spicy wings that almost killed me atmosphere it was dirty In there and employees where just hanging out watching the crackhead dance outside didn't seem to be any type of real management.
This Casa Grande chain doesn't deserve any stars for the service I have experienced in the several times I have been there. They never have or they are always out of something, Mac & Chees, mash potatoes & gravy, apple pie, ect. You are waiting for 45 minutes or more st their drive through and the same if you walk in for orders to go. And they never apologized for the long wait. They shove the food at you and quickly send you on your way.I have yet to have an order to be wright.I am always ending up short on something that I paid for. I go back to tell them I didn't get what I ordered and they act like it's an inconvenience for them to correct my order. I am tired of paying for orders I get short on. And repeating my order several times and hoping they get it correct. I am tired of their teenage employees with attitudes. Last time I saw one the employees wearing open toed sandels with out socks. Might as well be bear foot while you are cooking and serving food. With all the trouble I have experienced with this Casa Grande Popeyes chain, I'm going to find a better Popeyes. Even if I have to drive way out of my way like to Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Queen Creek. Anywhere but this one in Casa Grande.One more thing I like to add, after reading all the one star reviews, I totally agree with those who had a very bad experience with this Popeyes Casa Grande chain. Very, very poor customer service! Corporate needs to come down to this Casa Grande chain and fire the management and some of the employees. Bring in better managers to make improvements to this chain.

The chicken was very good.However I did not appreciate paying $3.00 plus tax for a small gravy that was half filled,Disappointing to say the least.

4 days ago I visited Popeye's i love their red beans and rice and the chicken the mashed potatoes are good, but on this particular day I don't know if their changing the recipe but the food sucked. Everything tasted different, so it was kind of gross. The consistency of the red beans and rice and the mashed potatoes were just off, and it was gross. I ended up throwing it away.
Wow must be the slowest Popeyes I've been at, about 6 customers infront of me very upset because the long wait. Then the app don't work at this place " no app orders available". People all around mad cashier wouldnt even awknoldge that would come in or people at the counter just ignored them all together. Been to alot of Popeyes around the nation this one takes the cake as the worst service ever.

Messed up order called multiple times and nobody answers the phone!!! Every time going to the drive-through they mess up the order never want to fix it!!!!!! Called four times back to back no one answers the phone!!!! Do not live in Cassa grande so cannot go back!!!! Very frustrating of this company!!!!!! This place is a joke the staff doesn’t care about how long customers wait for good! Lady in the drive through window was on her food and the scratching the top of her try to tough. Y food without washing her hands!!! This place does not get better
