this place is just not it. they never listen. and the people that came in after us got their drinks first.. no apologies no nothing. even if they know you’re a repeat customer they always get something wrong. i ask for extra caramel, i get barely any. i ask for no whip, they still do it. every single time. i’ll just stick with dutch bros. and the starbucks in frys is way better.

We stopped in today for the pink drink. We really like that drink! The manager was in to help us because I was having an issue with one of my offers in the app. She was so gracious and happy with it. We're learning to try each and every one of the different drinks. I like the dragon fruit drink a lot too! Clean and friendly and very helpful people here!

Poor poor service even from blonde hair manager . We frequent this location due to being so close but almost every order is wrong then never take fault like really who wants to make another trip to fix something that wasn’t you’re fault they love making comments like customers can’t hear . Instead of that remodel they did they should have found more quality qualified workers and MANAGEMENT!

Store was nice and clean, bright and open. Staff was super nice, service was fast and my venti soy chai tea latte on ice and bacon and gruyère egg bites were delicious. Thanks, ladies.Vegetarian options: Menu always has vegetarian and vegan options and they are great, imo.Wheelchair accessibility: Both parking and fully accessible.
Went here on 1/27/24. The remodel created more space for the baristas but didn't improve the service, and there is absolutely no room to wait for the register or for your drinks. Compliment is that they put the bathroom code on a board by the bathroom. First Starbucks I have seen do this.

I was there last week and the employee May gave us a cold coffee that was supposed to be hot. And when I told her about it she proceeded to drink from the coffee which was shocking and gross. Not only that, but she was trying to argue about the coffee eventhough you can feel how cold the coffee cup was. She also said "it was just coffee" if I wanted a non specialty coffee I could have just brewed it at home. The only good thing about this whole disaster of an interaction was the manager Michelle who made it right. I've never had a bad interaction any starbucks. The "friendly" atmosphere is what made Starbucks a household name and they are not doing a good job here hiring employees.
