I’m very disappointed in the lack of team work I saw with the staff at this store. Luckily one associate was working his butt off to keep up with orders. Orlando was the only worker that was making sandwiches and taking orders. No one else was helping they just stood around. He was so packed with orders that we sat for 20 min and watched this young man do everything. The older lady that works kept leaving every 3 min to go outside and smoke she did absolutely nothing. It got so crazy that a knife was left in the oven by one of the other associates. Orlando did an amazing job tonight. He deserves a raise!! Do better subway!!

Tried the new Subway App to order 3 hrs. before pick-up time. Drove to the store to get sandwiches, and they had no record of my order. Walked out of there and went to get 2 XL pizzas, salad, and 12 chicken wings cheaper than the 5 sandwiches I tried to order. Staff at Subway were sympathetic, but nothing they could do to fix this situation.Vegetarian options: Veggie Delight sandwiches and salads are available.Parking: Parking lot is located across the main traffic area in this small mall area. Exercise caution traveling from your car to the SUBWAY entrance door.

Never had a selection of bread besides white bread, employees act as if nothing matters wearing out of uniform apparel, foul language, no sense of care for pride giving free food and drinks to friends, the moral is extremely low at this location only reason I still try getting food from this location is because of dawn and casey. Thank you dawn and I apologize for today's youth having zero respect.

Made a online order for pickup when I arrived the lady proceeded to tell me they have no bread and can't give me my refund till the following day this subway is a joke
Service was good, food is good, the seating station's we're covered in old food on the tables, seats, but under the tables was much worse with dried noodles, trash and crumbs. I understand it does get busy but most of the dried food looked hours old not just the last patrons.

I usually visit here before work. This time I was bad. Two people were there and one was just walking around with a cup in her hand distracting the other. I go to order my sandwich and she proceeds to claim they are closed when they don’t close for another half hour.. I know this as I said I come here often before work. She then makes me a sandwich (not the one I wanted) very sloppy like and with tons of attitude. I asked for vinegar and oil and she’s soaked it so by the time I got to work, which isn’t far.. my bread was already soggy and gross. I didn’t eat my food. She also didn’t offer me a meal combo or cookies or a drink or anything at all. I even have to reach and grab my own recipe.

Horrible service, the lady finished an order and then saw me and said wait a moment, then she started talking with a coworker, take a drink, make a phone call and had me waiting in line for about 10 minutes, then started making my order like a robot, she didn't listen me, I told her I wanted to order three sandwiches but she continues to make only one, I thought she wouldn't listen me because was in a phone call or listening music on her earphone but then I noticed she was just ignoring me when I even waved her to grab her attention, then a customer came behind me and she immediately started talking to him making conversation and treating him better, maybe because it was a white man or she was flirting with him? I won't come back and I think her service is trash and even racist
