We went through the drive-thru 30 minutes before they were due to close and ordered a pretty big order like a 12-pack of soft tacos and a few burritos etc and the gal running the drive-thru wasn't rude to Us by any means and we didn't feel like they were rushing us or upset because of our large order and we know they were probably wanting to get done and get out of there. So thanks you guys ???

DONT ORDER MOBILE. They will do everything to make it last priority. I was there before waiting inside for my mobile order for over 30 minutes. Heard the manager and other employee tell someone who was waiting just as long as I "we have 2 more orders BEFORE we start on mobile orders." (No they were not short staffed)Watched customers go in and out, saw drive thru probably service 20 cars before my food started getting prepped. Straight up, mobile should be treated as drive thru. What if I was on a lunch break and they pulled this nonsense. Unexcusable. Service is very poor.Writing this review because I just now tried to give them another shot and what do you, been waiting for 25 minutes... This time I stayed home to wait lol ... 25 minutes for a cravings box? Gtfoh haha. Losers

The gala taking orders in the drive through are amazing. The food is fresh and good.Parking: Great location and staff. I do notice portions are smaller and Taco Bell has stopped serving my very favorite things, the Meximelt and the dollar menu chicken quesadilla.. I wish they would bring them back!
