I can say that they gave us the table quickly, the waitress TEJA introduced herself and was attentive at all times, even other people asked us if everything is okay!.. There was someone in particular who was very kind and sweet to our son, he even gave peanuts and glasses to my two children, I saw on his badge that they call him COCO a man. Very delicious food and exquisite breads... We are sure that my family and I will return soon. Thank you.

Went to dinner for my birthday, waited for the waitress to take our order for 20 min. ( Found out later she was the trainer) She ignored us the entire time we waited. Then waited 20 min. Before the kitchen manager came out and told us they were out of prime rib, how the hell do you run out of a signature item??? Well I asked that very question to the manager who made excuses and then said they have an allotted amount they sell and when they are gone that is it. Then she asked for my email and she could send me a free meal, I didn't want a damned free meal I wanted to enjoy a prime rib steak for my damned birthday!!!!Worst customer service and you should be ashamed!

I am usually happy with Texas road house but now they are charging a dollar extra for sides that are supposed to be included. What’s up with this now. I paid good money for a ribeye and it says it includes two sides yet you upcharged me on those sides. What a rip off.

Just not crazy about the atmosphere. But then I knew that going in. Still... Was so pleased with the service and the food. The gluten free options were not all that many... Gotta wonder why they can't have gluten free buns for their burgers.... But then again I didn't have a burger... That was because I was in the mood to eat a hand held item and they didn't have a gf bun so I did not have one. BUT I got the kabobs and they were excellent. Done nicely. So tasty. Not served with the rice because of gluten... So had a baked potato and corn. All really good! The drinks were good as well. Gotta say.. I wasn't a fan of a group line dancing right next to my food... But clapped for their efforts when they finished anyway. They really did not seem to enjoy that... No smiles on their faces while doing it. I am doubting that people go just for the girls dancing next to your table. They go for the tasty food and the good service.
