Very rude host. We were there Saturday 3/30. At 1:49 pm. In Florence She was not at all welcoming and was snapping at me about our orders. Because I was trying to get a bun free order on a number 1. Wrong size drink container but wasn’t takining any chances telling her about it. Appeared horribly stressed and customer was the target, I’m sure they were short staffed but this was the worst customer service.

My husband and I go here every so often. The food is always pretty good but the service is hit or miss here. What I mean by that is the staff is either fast, organized and know what they're doing or the staff is slow and the person/people working the front gets confused and mixed up pretty easily because they aren't paying attention to what they are supposed to be doing. None the less, the staff here has always been nice and respectful

I tried the mobile app ordering, which I try staying away from based on bad experiences from other chain restaurants. Well this was no different. Got the BOGO bacon and chicken croissant sandwiches. The chicken was simply raw. If I wasn't going hiking I would have taken it back but the dogs got to them first. Never again. I hate how all these chains have gone down to sh**! I will continue to make homemade meals. At least I know they're safe and healthy.

Decent food, freestyle soda machine ensures you can have orange-flavored whatever even if you don't want orange flavor. Lobby was clean, but in dire need of a refresh. Staff was friendly but needs more practice/training to successfully interface with the public and a reminder to congregate anywhere other than the till.
This place is very not sanitary at all no gloves and no hair nets I seen one guy had his thumb in fries. As he fill the fry containers and I doubt any washes there hands there.

Ordered to go... Food (chicken burger and fries) was cold and stale. Taco salad was smaller than any children's side salad I've seen. Had to ask for the chili and tortilla chips, despite them being listed on the menu as part of the meal. Neither meal was worth half of their respective price.Very disappointed.
