I ordered carryout Saturday, January 21, 2023. My order was set for carry out in 15 minutes. Indeed, it was promptly prepared on time for a 15 minute carry out. Both pizzas, breadsticks and boneless chicken were delicious and fresh. The chicken had just the right crunch. As well as, receiving great customer service from the employees. They were in the back but acknowledged me when I arrived and came forth to assist. This is my 2nd experience at this location since I've moved into the area. Great job guys!

Ordered my food for pickup with a 45 minute hold time. Show up after 35 minutes it's already ready and been ready and now it's all cold. They also made one of the pizza wrong and said it would take 45 minutes for a remake. This place is a sorry excuse for a place to eat. Bad attitude and terrible service. Someone shut this whole place down. Also one of the employees texted me from their phone calling me vulgar names real professional tight ship they're running here.

We ordered pizza at about 10 pm and never did get it. The person we spoke to couldn’t seem to understand that we were at a resort less than 20 minutes away from their location, and it took about 20 minutes to establish where we were. After waiting about 1/2 hour, we called the store, but never got an answer. No one called us to verify the address ( maybe the driver got lost?) We called again about 11.30, but again, got no answer. Waited until midnight and gave up. Good thing we hadn’t paid on line! The next day we tried to call again to discuss the situation, but again, no answer. The Pizza Hut head office needs to check into this location, as I have seen quite a few less than stellar reviews. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.

Placed my order online at 10:12p, got a notification that my pizza would be ready at 10:30p. Arrived at 10:34p, the doors was locked, called inside and the male employee came to the door and asked for my name. After waiting another 8 minutes, I was told my order cannot be fulfilled due to limited staffing and was issued a refund. I am beyond pissed, not only is gas too high to be running around for no reason but now I have to go find my children something else to eat because of nonsense. If this is how Pizza Hut conducts business, I won't be back, I'll take my money elsewhere. After reading countless experiences like mine from the location, I have to ask do Pizza Hut even care anymore, if so, why are they letting this location operate so poorly.

Decided to give them another try as they screwed up my cold pizza last time and never refunded me. So I Order pizza for dinner tonight. Delivery in 25-35 it said. I waited an hour and called, while on hold I received a text from the person who received my order. They said they called Pizza Hut to let them know, the manager got on the phone and said well my driver is really good at finding addresses let me talk to him. Um… I wouldn’t have called if my order was delivered. I said just to refund me as I wasn’t going to wait another hour to see if my order might get delivered and she acted like I was lying. So now some other nice family is enjoying my dinner and we are having cereal. Thanks Pizza Hut.

I placed my order online at 1:33pm on December 11, 2021. Online it said my order would be delivered within 50-60 minutes. At 2:51pm I called 901-309-0612 (the listed number) and was told there was a two hour delivery time because there were only two people in the store. I was told to have the driver call their manager when they delivered my order in order to receive a discount because my order was being delivered late. At 3:57pm I called the number above back again because I still had not received my order. I was told My order was the next deliver stop and to have the driver call their manager when they arrived so I could receive a discount because my order was now over 2 hours late. At around 4:10pm my order was delivered. I asked the driver to called her manager because I'd called the number above twice and was instructed to do so in order for my to receive a discount for my order being so late. At first, she told me to look in her back seat at al the orders she had and told me there were only two people at the store. I explained I knew that because I'd called the number above, but when I placed my order online I was informed my order would be delivered in 50-60 minutes. She then said if she called the store no one would answer. I told her I've called twice and didn't have a problem getting someone on the line. I then called the number I'd called before and an employee answered the phone. The driver asked to see my phone and I handed it to her so she could talk to them. She asked for the manager (I don't remember her name). She explained the situation and then informed me they would call me when she got my to the store with my corrected total. At 7:59pm I received a text message from Pizza Hut saying my order was on the way. As of 8:37pm I have not received a call from the store's manager regarding my fee adjustment due to my order being delivered over two hours after I placed the order. Additionally, by the time I received my order everything was cold.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! they never have delivery driver. I've waited almost 2 hours for an order just for them to tell me they have no delivery drivers. If only I could order delivery from another location. They suck!!

Ordered pizza at 6:50p, was told it should reach me around 8p. Pizza arrived after 9p & it was cold! Don't use this Pizza Hut!!

Wanted to place a delivery order...website said 2+ hours..figured it was a glitch or something and called...answer given was pickup orders are our main focus..ordered from Papa Johns and had hot pizza in under 45 minutes.

No. I ordered online and waited 2 hours before calling to cancel. The first time I called the female staff mumbled into the phone and put me on hold where I waited another 15 minutes. I hung up and called back 3 more times. Two of those times the same female staff put me immediately on hold. Finally, a different staff person answered and I was able to cancel. He was polite, and didn't sound a bit shocked that I was canceling. No apology or explanation though. I'm truly curious how a pizza (at a restaurant that primarily sells pizza) can't be prepared in 2 hours.
