Always a good time at El Encanto. We went on Cinco de Mayo, and it was very busy, but everything ran smoothly.Our service was fantastic. I had accidentally spilled my beer at one point (totally my fault), and our waitress gave me a new one. Super nice of her.

The total experience here was terrible. The service was extremely slow, and the server was completely indifferent. She never came around to see how we were doing.The food was terrible. You could tell it was sitting under a heat lamp. The rice was chewy, and the other food had that heat lamp sheen to it.It was a cool atmosphere. I loved how it was set up. It would be a nice place to hang out for drinks, but I won't eat here again.

Sat at the bar around 230pm! Got zero service had to ask for a drink menu had to ask for a food menu took 20 min to get 2 house margaritas nothing fancy and it was not busy at all!!

It was very confusing where the entrance is supposed to be, it seemed very under staffed. Also that pond needs to be cleaned it's a good idea but it smells.
