The sandwich was not good, I couldn't finish the first bite and straight to the garbage. I do not recommend Firehouse Subs unless you want to waste your money.
Had a great catering order with Firehouse subs. We had a group of 20 and got a variety of subs. The order was ready when we needed it. The food tasted great and was prepped to our needs. Highly recommended for a large catering situation.

I try to get a sub here every time I am back in Cave Creek. I had a Turkey, Bacon something sub... Holy Hell's Fire was this thing BANGIN' !!! Check it out at least once and it will remain a choice in your selection roll-a-dex... If you have this ancient device for storing information !!!Wheelchair accessibility: I am a true "Crip" !!! Can only walk with 2 canes.. No, I don't have a blue bandana !!!

Worst sub I've ever gotten! Ordered Uber eats spent 60.00 and couldn't eat it. Sandwich was not made right, hardly any thing on the sub. It was just terrible. Don't order from here. Very obvious they absolutely do not care.

Food was delivered. Terrible food. Sandwiches had no meat or toppings. Drenched with mayo and I think oil and vinegar. The bread was mushy. 66 dollars I spent for inedible food. I feel stolen from. Don't order food from this firehouse.

Last several app orders go just like this: I place my to go order on the app, pay for it, and within 15 minutes I can walk in, grab our hot sandwiches and head home. Employees are friendly if I care to engage and they aren't busy with other customers orders. We get home, the order is spot on, tastes great and we're happy. We will be back.

No complaints about the food but the Firehouse Subs App is worthless. I have downloaded the original App and that didn't work and neither does the "upgraded" app. Firehouse Subs needs to fire their IT staff.
