We stopped in for lunch today. The very first thing we ordered was salad. Then we ordered a sandwich. Skipping forward, they were entirely out of silverware. It would have been nice to know that right away. But no.Instead we ordered soft drinks and paid for our meals which we fully intended to eat there. That's when they told us that they were out of silverware.This was at 10:30 this morning so we had to either wait 15 minutes for Chipotle to open and walk over there to get a fork and knife or grab our food and drive back home. This was our first stop of many but we were forced to drive back home to eat our lunch. If we'd planned on that, we wouldn't have ordered soft drinks.All in all, this was a terrible experience. So long ever going back to JM in Cave Creek.

First time eating at Jersey Mike'sThe "teens" were pretty consumed by each other plans for evening...The kid sorting chips cracked me up, wheels the entire chip rack too the back to add a couple bags...this young man was intent on doing his job exactly as trained...shortly he was back and I was able to get chips for my combo ?The young man making my hot sandwiches was military grade employee...head down, focused, not even listening to the gossipfest going on behind him....he just was getting it done!Will I go back...meh... probably not this locationCheers

I've tried blimpies recently with the kids. Also a few other places. We keep going back to Jersey Mike's. Love the subs! My only recommendation would be to keep the facility cleaner. The restrooms are usually kinda dirty. Lastly, please change gloves after handling anything but subs. Thanks

The sub roll is so hard the sandwich is inedible. 9 times out of ten I have to ask them to remake my sandwich because they didn't read what I asked to be put on the side. Whoever owns this location needs to read their reviews.

Everybody has their favorite sub place. And some are slightly better than others with their subs. However if you have not tried a Mike's Chicken Philly, you are missing out. Those things are so good they have to be completely horrible for you :-)Service is good for the most part. Probably a little better than the average fast food joint.

I've been to this location numerous times and have had only bad experiences. I decided to give it one last chance today. This location is very dirty. Do not drink the ice tea here, the machine is absolutely filthy and looks like it hasn't been cleaned out or wiped down in weeks. The blonde girl wrapping the sandwiches was CHEWING GUM with her mouth open, which is a major helth code violation. There was an elderly lady waiting for 15 minutes for the sandwiches she ordered and when she asked if they were ready the man with acne working was very rude to her and told her she can cancel her order. This location is suffering from a lack of management. I like Jersey Mikes subs, but I will NEVER return to this location.

Every time I order the number 26 from this location they screw it up by leaving off crucial toppings I did not ask to be removed, meanwhile I have to return to get the sandwich remade. They may as well have a "Select for me" option since they love randomizing your order. This location is a total flop and I'll think twice about coming here again since I'll need to be in the mood to go back and forth just to get the sandwich I ordered.
