My family and I got a pizza last nite and just wanted to take the time to acknowledge and thank the fine people here for their care and concern for their patrons. They must have taken a guess that someone in my family uses smokeless tobacco, and made the assumption that someone here would probably have a dip after eating and decided to save us some time and included it in our pizza. That level of thoughtfulness for their customers really shows! The only problem is that my 13y.o. son got the piece, and as he hates my actual tobacco use, he will never eat at any of this chain's locations for the rest of his life. He even stated "usually I like papa john's dips, but not that one". I am a Skoal long cut kinda guy and will never knowingly give money to a fine cut kinda place, the wife also hates smokeless tobacco and will never return to this chain. I only gave 1 stars due to the fine cut, maybe when people order they should be given the choice of tobacco in their pie. Keep up the good work folks, just give a "no tobacco" option.Almost forgot, when my wife called them about this, these good folks were so humble they didn't want any credit and tried giving it to the delivery service. Having worked in a pizza shop when I was young, I kinda have an eye and can tell this level of service gets baked in from the start.

So I was trying to order online like usual and kept noticing my 8.99 carryout pizza was coming up for 11.69. And I know that the value of the dollar keeps going down but 3.00 tax on a pizza just seemed a bit high, so I opted to go and order like the good old days in person at the counter and bam 9.39, asked the guy working there and he was more than polite and said online ordering does that for some reason. So totally enjoyed the experience at this location and hopefully ull enjoy ur experience as much as I did ?

Went to the Pappa Johns on Carefree Hwy in Cave Creek. They had a problem with the front door not being able to be opened, I waited outside to order a pizza, but after 30 minutes gave up and went elsewhere.Tried again by ordering online for delivery. Got the Shaq-a -Roni. Took 35 minutes to deliver and it was so cold that the cheese had solidified. The sauce tasted like watered down tomato paste . We threw it away and ordered elsewhere.Not willing to give it a third try since there are so many pizza places here in the valley. I just don't think I would ever be hungry enough to order again.

The customer service delivered from Caleb was nothing short of astounding. I accidently called to complain of a messed up pizza and it turns out I called the wrong location but he was nice enough to make it right even though it wasn't his location that messed up. Best customer service i have received in quite some time. The location by me is always messing everything up and refusing to fix it anyway. I will now be driving out of my way to purchase from this location only. Thank you!!

That experience will be immeasurably more satisfying than spending your money here to get the most absolute monstrosity of a pizza you've ever had in your entire life. Never have u ever been more dumbfounded than the sheer lack of incompetence that this crew demonstrates. Everyone that works for this company should quit this job and spend the next two weeks contemplating every decision they've ever made.

I am a member of a third party delivery service that Papa John's uses as well as a customer but only at this location. We'll start with the restaurant environment. From the first moment walking through the door you can tell that this location is well kept, sanitized, organized, and maintained with the highest of standards. Following that you are met with the utmost professional kind caring staff members that I've ever had the ability to interact with. The team members at this location clearly know their product and have a passion for what they do. Personally I've never been a fan of Papa John's Pizza however the staff members at this location convinced me otherwise. I have to say that this quality is truly a rare experience. I don't know how to explain that when you take quality staff members who have a passion towards what they do the level of quality that comes out in the food products truly makes a difference. I suggest this location to anyone and everyone I know. The passion that the staff at this location has for the quality of their service and product stands above all else. The only bad thing I have to say is that the staff is so efficient that you're in and out of this store too quickly when you'd rather stay longer because it truly feels like home!!

Ordered a large pizza with mushrooms, got a small one half mushroom .called the team, they yelled at us, hung up on us, tought it was legitimate to call us ignorant, and told us that if we want a different one we need to drive ourselves to the place and take it while we explained that I don’t have a driving license and this is why it was delivery in first place . Ruined our evening with their language and their poor costumer service.
