I’ve been here twice and both times the bread was stale & toppings were old/mushy (tomato and cucumber). This 2nd time the cold cut trio meat was also old and grey in color, not pink anymore. Eww.

They do not "take orders over the phone". Even when the sandwich has only. Certain ingredients. Lost business due. To inept employees.

There is a bunch of teenagers visiting one of the workers there. He obviously still didn’t know how to make sandwiches. And even forgot to toast them . Plus, the ice machine was down.

We got subs here last week for B1G1 week. We didn't know they did a pick up service and we had a great experience! We got the spicy Italian (2 different ways) and they were delicious. The staff was super nice and welcoming, and our order was as ready on time! Subway is a forgotten gem! We will be coming here more often!

Terrible customer service. If I could give it a negative I would. I asked for Swiss cheese and the guy said subway discontinued Swiss and I asked since when because I had been to another location 3 days ago and they had Swiss. Immediately started giving me attitude and told me to go to the other location. Same employee was playing on his phone or picking his nose while his coworker was helping two other costumers

Geesh, a little pricey at this subway…they don’t participate in the promotions, no $2.00 off, no BOGO50 and they charge $4.00 for a personal bottle of sprite not to mention you place the order yourself on the ap and this is carry out. I hope they are paying their staff well with these prices (30.00 for two meatball subs and a bottle of sprite is a little steep)

Just had the worst Subway sandwich of my life. How can you sell someone a sandwich on a roll that crumbles in your hands it’s so hard? I only wish I noticed this before I got home. Seriously, this bread was either toasted and someone changed their mind or it was a couple days old. I have never had such poor quality food at a Subway. I won’t even start on the lack of customer service skills of the young man who waited on me. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of this store.
